I got a manicure done here and I am beyond angry and disappointed. I am a plus size woman and the woman doing my nails started asking me if I had just had a baby. I asked her to clarify because of the language barrier and she asked again if I had just had a baby, then mentioned someone else and I asked what that had to do with me.
She continued to make a comment about my weight and told me it was funny and laughed about it. I told her multiple times that I do not appreciate her making comments about my body and that it’s unacceptable. At this point, I was extremely uncomfortable and insulted. I asked if someone else who wasn’t going to insult me could finish out my nails. I was asked to move to another seat and someone else took over.
Another man working told me I was beautiful the way I am, etc. That’s very polite and everything and I understand it’s uncomfortable for everyone, but the point is that this woman’s comments were completely unacceptable.
You do not know what people struggle with and when they tell you to stop making comments about their body, just stop. Better yet, don’t make comments about people’s appearances at all. When I left, one of the men came out and apologized for the woman’s behavior, that he would speak with her, and that there is a language barrier and I understand that, but it was clear that I was uncomfortable in this situation. I absolutely will not be back solely because of this woman and how...
Read moreI went to this place for the first time to get a pedicure. First off When I walked in they instructed me to sit in a pedicure seat Right next to someone else. When I told the technician I wanted to make sure we were social distancing he replied it’s OK . How long have you been in a pandemic. This should not be an issue. Next, They kept pushing me to get gel nails on my toes. I don’t get gel my toes because regular polish last me a really long time on my feet so I have no need to spend the extra money. Respect customers decisions when they tell you what they want. I feel like the pedicure was rushed and they did not take the time to fully exfoliate my dry skin on the bottom of my feet. Also I got a spa pedicure which includes a mint masque which was rubbed entirely on my legs and none on my feet. This was done to save time because as the mint masque and hot towels was sitting on my legs she was putting polish on my toes. I came here to get a pedicure I want to focus to be my feet. lastly I’m probably the most disturbing. I could see the technician who is working on my feet under where the entire time because she were really short dress. This is definitely a professional we should be wearing a really long dress or pants when performing peoples pedicure. Oh not to mention one of the nail techs was complaining about other customers the entire time and cursing with some of the other customers. This is so unprofessional. I will not...

I have never been so uncomfortable while getting my nails done, let alone the quality. Nail technician was looking at my chest serial times, asked if I was single and then proceeded to tell me he can "be my tiger, and eat me", told me "thank you baby, thank you beautiful" as I left while touching my on my shoulder and upper back.
Was never given color options, or shape options. Requested shorter numerous times, I hit a point of being so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave asap.
No new file was used, station was not wiped down between myself and the client in front of me, I requested a full acrylic set with polish and my nails were not preped at all, no buffing, sanding, cubical care...nothing. glued tips on. Cut them to various lengths and half filed them and slapped acrylic on. Didn't even file me them into a natural shape.
The acrylic also felt like an oven as it cured. My fingertips where so hot, hot to the touch. It's been 3 days and my nails are already peeling up.
Torn peices of paper taped various places with venmo payment methods. Requested cash, no receipt, suspicious of tax evasion.
Will never...
