"Q" the employee is her name... That gave this NEGATIVE review. Grew up my WHOLE LIFE with Wawa and her attitude was by far the worse I've encountered! I was very polite in asking for fresh sizzlies, for my kids! She scoffed, rolled her eyes, and then walked over behind the deli to look at the hot case to see if there were any available that I was asking for. She then proceeded to go ahead and make what I asked for, and then once it was done, after she did random tasks in between, she TOOSED my politely requested food over over the coffee dispensers and did not say a word. Once again I was polite in saying thank you I appreciate you, wasn't even passive aggressive... If it was a problem she could have simply said no, however she works in the customer service industry and that behavior is unacceptable. Over the years I've had multiple friends and family who have worked for Wawa... Met my wife at Wawa when she was employed by them... and as management would never let that fly. I hope whatever she's got going on gets better🙏🏾 But that experience...
Read moreLife has been really tough recently I was about to run out of gas and all I had to my name was a three dollar lottery ticket it’s 1 o’clock in the morning I was coming off the Rosemont exit because I didn’t wanna run out of gas on the interstate and I called the Wawa to see if they were able to take the three dollar lottery ticket I spoke to Mike he informed me that he couldn’t but he also told me to stop by anyway I arrived the employee went and got Mike and he gave me five dollars worth of gas and told me to hold onto the three dollar lottery ticketThings have been so rough but Mike definitely showed a very selfless act something that he did not have to do something that most people would think of doing but he did it and I just want everyone to know how grateful I am …. Read moreUsually this Wawa is great. But there’s a girl that works during the day and I’ve noticed every time she makes anything, it’s skimpy. We mostly get the bowls or the quesadillas and the bowls are halfway or less than halfway filled. Now I wouldn’t mind that if the bowls were 5$ but they’re pushing 10$ so it needs to be filled properly. Before this girl was working there, food was consistently the same. I try not to go here as much for food just cause I know we’ll be skimped on our order. The quesadillas aren’t as full as they should be. Barely any meat or cheese. Employees should be retrained so that everyone is making the items how they should be. I got a refund on my order but it happens way too much for me to get a refund on every single...
