I want to thank the manager and his team of this tech store for meeting my needs at my highest budget. For a local store whom doesn't have a large business, they certainly give their customers professional care and satisfaction. I came into this store interested in upgrading my gaming PC. I've known about these guys since last year and finally decided to give them a shot, and it was completely worth my time! I never met a more eager team that will go the whole way to make sure their customers are satisfied. They were able to meet my budget at a very reasonable price compared to most companies who would overcharge. They are respectful, and positive! That's a win in my book.

I also want to thank Patrick for personally replacing my requested parts and pointing out the mistakes of a newer person's "fine" cable management. He personally organized and managed my cables in a professional manner, and many times did things that I would never have thought of had I not seen it done. After finishing my cables he checked to see if everything was working, installed the proper apps for my RGB, and even pointed out some software changes needed for my OS that I didn't know needed to be upgraded!

So first Id like to start off by saying that the store was clean and the employees were very friendly. I appreciated that very much. I took my Yoga i9 in for repair. Water was spilled on the keyboard and the computer started to malfunction. I took it in and was given an estimate for an assessment . There was a slight delay in getting the keyboard needed to repair my laptop. But this was at no fault of the company. Covid slowed down the process and then Lenovo sent a faulty board which had to be sent back and then replaced. During the process of my repair my computer was reset but I but had my files backed up ( BACK UP YOU FILES FOLKS) They called me and informed me this had happened and I was cool about it. They still gave me a discount for my inconvenience (cant be mad at that lol ) When I was able to get my PC. The backlight wasn't functioning but i was anxious to get the pc and didn't think it would be a big deal. Long story short after a few weeks it was. I took the PC back and luckily they still had my original one and the backlight was replaced free of charge. The computer works good as new. Id definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a PC repair. The also have speakers and stuff and gaming set ups which were pretty cool as well. These guys are awesome! They had things in stock Best Buy, office depot, and Staples didn't have that I needed NOW! Ot saying they have everything, ut they knew what they were doing, helped me figure out some issues I was having with my desktop, and were polite, courteous, and eager to help. I had three associates, at one point, making sure I was taken care of and had all I needed, and then some! Never again will my path aim towards the big box guys who sold me a computer that has caused me nothing but trouble for three years. Even their Geeks couldn't find the issue with my device. Too big and lost in their beauracracy in mho. Go see these guys at city center and decide for yourself. For me?
