7/8/25 Tuesday girl at the window very unprofessional, my friend was ordering through the drive thru, she did her order with a coupon and I wanted to make my own order separate as a second order with my own coupon, but she said she can’t do that she even asked her supervisor and said to go inside if we want to make two orders. It doesn’t make sense, we are two separate bills from same car and we are not allowed just because we are using two coupons but is two different orders, wow.. so I decided to not order anything so we left and went to buy in another burger place! I was taking my friends there to eat every other week but now we decided to go to the Habit and Burger King. Wow! how stupid is to ask people to make two order inside because you are not allowed in the car 😒🤦🏻‍♀️. No wonder I see less customers at Jack is getting worse every time. But I’m not going there anymore! Don’t bother to send coupon at my house. Burgers king and the habit does let me do that, also some other days there are some other employees at the window in Jack and they do let me make two orders is just that lady at the window or the supervisor that thinks she is the owner make this stupid rules . I ordered online 2 breakfast jacks with NO HAM and a halfsie fries i am disappointed with both honesty i specifically put no ham because im vegetarian and yet they still gave it to me with ham im not super picky so i just picked the ham off and still ate it but its very frustrating especially when i specified i didn’t want ham what if someone’s allergic??!? will they ignore other requests too?? also the halfsie fries were all old and look like scraps. the curly fries weren’t even curly. very disappointing. I’m a creature of habit, I’ve been getting the same thing for over forty years, yeah things change prices go up, it’s understandable. Today I visited the Mooney location and ordered what I always get, 2 regular cheeseburgers and a order of onion rings with a medium drink, usually it’s in the ballpark of $10 or so today it was $18.86 because she the girl in the drive through was saving me money, anywho I told the girl that gives you the food all I wanted was 2 cheeseburgers an order of onion rings and a medium beverage, she said oh she put it in a combo for you to save you money, she said it would be $22 dollars if I didn’t, my receipt shows she actually charged me for two meals when all I wanted was my 2 cheeseburgers some onion rings and my drink, I’m over it.
