Taco Bell — Restaurant in Visalia

I went a while back to taco bell, the food is not that great as I knew someone who still previously works there for one, when I ate there after a few minutes I had a stomachache. My complaint is this and is truth and should not be happening at all, and I know stuff will be said about it supposedly not happening and based on word of mouth of people working there and this has to do with my continous upset stomach and I like to see something done about this. I guess tacobell has people who cook the food and work as cashier and other stuff but if someone is not trained at all or have any credentials to work the food service part I don't want them touching my food at all!!!! I seriously should not have to use the restroom after I have eaten my food....I would hope something to be done about this as its unacceptable. It's the Taco Bell in Visalia, CA thats down a block or so from the Food 4 Less just for warning. I hope something would be done to make sure it doesn't happen again. I like going to taco bell without worrying about eating the food I understand days get busy and stuff oh and word of mouth also I hope that something would be done in regard to food service and for correct action and also You shouldn't be calling in a friend of mine when he's off because your other employees make last min excuses to not come in and its continous situation...its a failure in leadership abilities. Has any correct action been taken in this situation I doubt it....other people need jobs to, so if they're not doing their jobs or lack of performance guess what show them the door. I hope something...

Ran through the drive through for a quick dollar burrito on my way home at about nine pm. There was two cars in front of me. I was in the drive through for 35 minutes... The person in front of me ordered four bags of food... Apparently special orders because the guy in front of me opened the packaging and examined everything and then sent several items back... Fine. Difficult customer. Should have got out of his car and went inside for his very particular and large order. However when i finally reached the window to pay my dollar and change tab i waited for ten minutes! And no apology, i'm sorry for the wait, or anything! i live down the street got home and it was seriously cold!! Now i understand this is a very big rant for a dollar burrito from taco bell. BUT every time i have visited this taco bell in the last few months the wait is terrible and the food is not hot like you think it should be after waiting for as...

20 minutes after ordering we still had not received our food order. We were two of ten patrons(empty house). A guy before us was told that they "ran out of breakfast". 5min later the same girl behind the counter told me they were out 25 minutes after ordering(23min before breakfast ends mind you). So we substituted another food item for the breakfast item. When the order was ready she said sorry for the wait and gives me cinna twists, for my troubles I guess. My mexican pizza was not cut and had barely enough cheese. Bell grande had not nearly enough cheese and other toppings. XXL burrito was under-filled and to top it off barely warm.
