On May 23, 2020, My Initial Visit and experience went well, it started off with Bassem then the manager at the time Adam took over the sale, When we went in we stressed we were looking for items that were either confirmed in stock and that we were needing items right away. Item selection was not a problem but my mistake was believing the items I chosen were in stock. We went the financing route, they approved us for a certain amount but as we were choosing items, Bassem mentioned he will ask for a more. I purchased a sectional, dining table w/six chairs, twin bed w/trundle and a cali king bed. I do not want to go into too much details as this will be a long review.
But as of Today, 09/14/2020. We received our sectional July 16th and a twin bed we ordered for our daughter. Upon arrival of the twin bed, the headboard was damaged and the guys who delivered took it back with them leaving only the trundle piece, side rails and mattress to the bed. I called the main office the next day to confirm they would order a headboard. Rose stated, she would place the ordered.
I never received status calls unless I made them. Every time, I called I was told different things or either it was not noted in their system. Well comes to find the Cali King bed I chose was back ordered, Adam was kind enough to provide me with his direct contact information and provided me updates. At that time, he told me he found the same bed at another warehouse and would be able to get it to me.
Well few weeks pass, I call again - I am being told the Cali King is back ordered, they did not have the twin bed being ordered in their system and now they were able to deliver my dining table with only 4 chairs. (That was delivered August 8, 2020. So here I go again, trying to set the record straight - Adam now states, he needed to confirm with the warehouse but he needed time. He gave me the option to choose beds but they were no where near what I chose. He then assured, the cali king bed I chose would be delivered if I gave him time.
At this time, We have ask for additional status for our pending items. - they told us their items arrive typically at the beginning of the month. But what is frustrating - I was never told the items I chose were items that had to be shipped from oversees. (Remember, I went into the store and stressed I needed items that were in stock or items that can come in sooner). I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic - I work in the Medical field so yes I understand this. So we were told by Adam to give him till September 10th for the remaining items.
Well September 10th passed, we called 2 days later - My husband spoke with the Visalia Location - He got disconnected with the location and was not able to reach reach via phone after that.
We called the service office in Fresno - I spoke with Angie and there was not recollection at first of what is going on with my twin bed until she spoke with Rose who placed the order. Well She notified me now Adam is no longer with the Visalia Location and that someone was suppose to call me to tell me the twin bed was "out of stock". I never received a call. She noted to have the location called me well 2 days have passed no phone call. I just called the location and no answer.
So far I am missing, 2 chairs, twin bed headboard and a Cali King Bed and over 700 dollars in credit limit usage. They didn't ask for more as they mentioned.
I am just stating my case and hope with this review someone can please help me.
Adam, Rose and Angie have been kind. I don't fault them but there are certain things that obviously need to...

In October 2021, we purchased a sectional and ottoman from this place. We were able to get the floor model of the sectional but the ottoman had to be ordered. They were initially going to deliver the items and charged us a $300 delivery fee. When we asked if we could pick the sectional up instead (and the ottoman once it came in) they said we could and they agreed to refund the delivery fee. Richard told us the sectional was ready to go and we could come get it whenever we wanted so we let him know we’d be there in about 30 minutes. When we arrived the sectional had not even been moved off of the main floor and Richard blamed us for not letting him know we were on the way (lie). In December, we received a call to schedule delivery of the ottoman. My husband let the lady know we would be picking it up instead and confirmed that it was at the Visalia store and not at the Fresno store. We drove up to Visalia (30 minutes away) the next day to pick the ottoman up. The sales guy went to the shipment containers outside and could not locate the ottoman. At first he said the delivery driver must have taken it back to Fresno. Many phone calls later and we find out that they never had our ottoman and it would be another 4-6 weeks before it would be delivered. The salesman said they would deliver it for free. Last week my husband received a call to schedule delivery for yesterday. Tuesday he received a text stating the ottoman would be delivered between 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. We made sure someone was home to receive the delivery. They never showed and didn’t care to even call. My husband called them this morning and was told they couldn’t find the item yesterday and the delivery driver should have called us. So this is the second time they’ve said they had the ottoman but didn’t. They want to schedule delivery for this Saturday but can’t give us a specific time and we already have plans. The lady told us we are “priority” but can’t deliver the item as promised and continued to say they can deliver it Saturday or next Thursday. Obviously we’re not a priority. She refused to let me speak to her supervisor. This isn’t our issue, it’s their issue and at this point they should figure out a way to deliver it at our convenience. Also, we STILL haven’t received the $300 delivery credit as promised. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and leaving all of...
Read moreThe beginning of my experience here was pleasant. I even planned to write a decent review. In store things went fine. Had time to look around sit on couches, talk about placement, and fabrics. Staff was helpful and nice. Ended up buying a large sectional that had recliners. Adam called the warehouse to see if what I wanted was in the in stock, it was and that delivery was going to be no longer than three weeks.
I did not get a phone call for delivery until after I called asking about it (3 weeks after purchase). I was given the run around to call Fresno store and warehouse. It had not arrived in the warehouse (where I thought it already was). Called again two days later and surprise it was there. Delivery was scheduled four weeks after purchase (invoice says 2-3 weeks). Delivery workers were nice, but brought the wrong sofa. I ordered two sofas and a corner piece and they brought a loveseat. Confirmed that the invoice said two sofas they were very apologetic and said that it would get figured out and we would be called. Did not get a call. Called 5 days after partial delivery. They said they would check on it. Was called back for delivery today between 11-2. I called the store at 1:30 worried about not being called yet for the delivery. Rosa was very apologetic and nice and after she made some calls it turned up not being on the delivery truck and no record of the time being scheduled that I waited around for today. Now it is scheduled for NEXT Wednesday and I will have to have my gathering this weekend with half a couch. The people were all nice and apologetic, but action was not taken in the beginning to get me my couch I spent a lot of money on upfront.
I don't plan on going back here unless I want half a couch in over double the amount of time that was guaranteed.
This is the end of my half a couch life story.. hopefully a full couch life story might be updated after Wednesday. At this point, I feel like it might not be...
