When ordering my food it took till the second combo before saying they were out of soda. No sign was posted, then asked if I would like a shake or a water bottle instead. Asking if there was a price difference they said yes. Why are they offering something if it’s going to be a price difference, without telling a guest that. Then after making it to the window we could see ice cream area super messy even though they were all standing around doing nothing waiting for food to come up. They didn’t greet at the window and stated the food will be right up. After handing the food out the window nothing was told but just a window close. Not a have a good night or anything, I understand they were busy but the restaurant was dirty, customer service was awful. Placed an order online at the Porterville location (so I thought) but at checkout it somehow got changed to THIS location, 40 minutes from where we were and 4 hours from home on a road trip. When I figured out what happened, I called this location and was told “sorry we cannot refund your card, you can come to this location or call the manager in the morning.” Obviously I’m not driving 40 minutes out of my way turning my 4-hour drive into 6 hours, but what is this nonsense??
