Nurse's Boutique Etc — Local services in Visalia

My Mom bought a pair of boots for me for Christmas from here, through Amazon. Everything was fine until I tried to exchange them for a half size larger. They said that they would not honor as exchange due to the purchase date and return date being more than 60 days... I get that, but I have a NEVER WORN pair of boots, that I cannot wear now. wasted money and they would not even TRY to work with me. This line is on their Amazon page... "We want you to love the shoes or boots you ordered from Nurses Boutique! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return your merchandise for a refund or exchange." Well i am NOT happy and now my mother wasted $155 for nothing. Thanks Nurse's Boutique for showing us your great customer service skills and standing true...

I’m from Delano I usually shop in Bakersfield for my all my scrubs. I was told about nurses boutique in Visalia from a friend , I’m so glad I went there they have so many styles beautiful different colors very clean and organized it’s like shopping in a candy store 😍🤗 I loved the service very friendly as soonest you walk in they welcome you and offer there help in every way . Laura was the employee that help me from the start she was very friendly and helpful she help me look for other things that I couldn’t find myself , she gave me her honest opinion of a sweater how it looked on me. I love honest people 💖😍 she was very nice 🤗 I will continue going back good service makes a difference in shopping it’s a little further the drive for me but very worth it!!! Thank you...

cluttered , what is wrong with your pricing, i tried to buy some scrubs and every pair was a different price, then i was told its because of the size ok i can buy that but then still every price was different one 2x was 24.99 the next color 2 x was 31.99 then the same color 2x was 26.99 i was so confused and i felt like i was being price gouged, they did call the manager and then i was told i would have to put a deposit down and the manager will get back to me on the price, i needed them now i told the people, there answer, this is the only way. this is the way you lost a customer, this is the second time i have had this issue with...
