My Mom bought a pair of boots for me for Christmas from here, through Amazon. Everything was fine until I tried to exchange them for a half size larger. They said that they would not honor as exchange due to the purchase date and return date being more than 60 days... I get that, but I have a NEVER WORN pair of boots, that I cannot wear now. wasted money and they would not even TRY to work with me. This line is on their Amazon page... "We want you to love the shoes or boots you ordered from Nurses Boutique! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return your merchandise for a refund or exchange." Well i am NOT happy and now my mother wasted $155 for nothing. Thanks Nurse's Boutique for showing us your great customer service skills and standing true...

I was told about nurses boutique in Visalia from a friend , Iām so glad I went there they have so many styles beautiful different colors very clean and organized itās like shopping in a candy store šš¤ I loved the service very friendly as soonest you walk in they welcome you and offer there help in every way . Laura was the employee that help me from the start she was very friendly and helpful she help me look for other things that I couldnāt find myself , she gave me her honest opinion of a sweater how it looked on me.
