Doors opened at 11:08 no greeting no what are you here for today wasnt really expecting one just thought after the fact most places that care about a company motto and people that are there to shop greet there customer. Came in the today told the worker I was just bringing my old xbox he didn't say a single word just started running some test 5mins go by still not a single word has been said keep in mind were the first ones in and in line the worker takes a yawn yawn as a sign of disrespect, and immediately give a smart remarke to ā go somewhere elseā if we did not want to be there keep in mind nothing else was said in our conversation other then me saying i'm here returning my xbox. When he said that I had no idea what to say as he stared at me so I told him i will take my business somewhere else and got banned and told im not allowed back because I unhooked my xbox as the employee just started at me. Asked for his name he refused asked how to get in contact with the manager josh but was told no contact information can be given out. Then he finally told me āHe works 5days a weekā after calling over the phone. People wonder why GameStop is going under itās because Just lets employees like this run the customers and the store...

I walked in with my 3 kids , no greeting not acknowledged nothing , store seemed oddly lonely it was just us and another 2 clients. we browse the store , pick out a game I notice 2 employees near the end of the store just chatting away still never acknowledged or asked if needed any help or questions . We end up wanting to just pay and I got asked for my IDENTIFICATION to prove Iām over 18!?!? Iām a grown ass man grey heart in my beard with 3 kids in their pjs what? I donāt like Iām at least 18?? I get the guy may be doing his job but WOW JUST WOW . No wonder game stop is going under . The store was poorly stocked it literally looked like the place was going under . I asked for the corporate phone number and he said to look it up online because he doesnāt know it . I had bought a Xbox controller back in April of 2023 I bought warranty so I took it back because it wasnāt working properly and surprise he told me they had changed policy and I would have to pay for shipping. That doesnāt make sense I said to Wyatt and then he unleashed on me with rudeness. I honestly think he was talking to me very disrespectful because Iām a woman.
