Well, it took you long enough to open!

You know, as far as OPI goes, I am severely disappointed in their operations. Takes them well over a year to open AFTER they OPENED! The phone system is broken. All it does is repeat itself. Hopefully, the techs will get that straightened out? No information on their website, and the map doesn't even show an active building. Coming Soon huh? Sounds like Christ's second coming! Honestly, I was never really all that impressed with OPI! Their rewards program was mid, the wait times were terrible and the management where I USED to go were down right piss poor "professionals". They'd skip people JUST for not FOLLOWING the rules. Stupid, arbitrary rules too! I once watched management tell a guy he can't donate for 2 weeks for wearing sunglasses. Then they tried to do the same shit by telling me to take mine off. Perscription GLASSES! I said "If I take them off I can't see." Mmm nah, I'm good. Time to go check them out! Hopefully, these folks are a lot less dictatorial than where I used to live. San Diego County has a much broader um . . . .flavor . . . .of people than our home here in the Valley.

So . . . as far as my last and SECOND review of OPI, I was STILL a bit disappointed BUT they HAVE gotten the lead out, hence my third review. EVERY business deserves second chances. OPI got 3! And this one is OFFICIAL! Good job OPI! I look forward to my continued support of this platform! The people here in Visalia are much friendlier! Probably a Valley thing, IDK. I am from here, so I never paid attention to it until I got back. At any rate, I am happy to be back at OPI, previous experiences...

0.0 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ok im dropping another star. If i could do 0 stars i would. This is pathetic i have been sitting here for 20 mins in one cycyle and the lady refuses to help.these are the slowest and worst machines for this. I used to like this pmace but i am now going back to biolife cause at least they will help. In vegas they would have taken care of it immediately in visalia she says i just have To sit and wait it out! I hope they see this aNd ask me whats wrong which i doubt they will. IF YOU DECIDE TO COME HERE YOU WILL BE HERE AT LEAST 2 AND HALF HOURS EVERY TIME! As much as i hate to say it it looks like im gnna have to go back to biolife Update 3rd time here and very upset. Got here at 755 am and no line but still took 35 mins to get to a bed then another 15 mins to get stuck. Now just about done but machine keeps stopping and cant get anyone to get over here and help. There goes my whole morning! So far I am NOT happy with this place!! Its my second time coming and I have been checked in and waiting for about a hour for a bed. Im still considered New yet they took the other new guy that got here way after me and gave him a bed first and gave multiple other people a bed. I got here early and now my whole morning is gone and wasted. The staff is super slow and so are the machines. I think I will have to start going...

Very clean staff is super nice only a 2star because severely under staffed been here since 8am an hour later still waiting only 5 staff members total need more staff update they open at 8 but are not ready for at least 20 to 30 minutes after they are open guess they don't know the meaning of open at 8am not still getting ready smh very unprofessional as this business has been open since November update from 2 star to 1 star been here since 8am 30 minutes later still standing in line would give it a no star but staff is so nice never been to a business that opens at 8am but is not ready for business for another 30 minutes edit sorry this place is the most unorganized place ever never ready ro start business always some kind of excuses short staff and managed poorly does not take into consideration of our time open at 8 am and they decided to have there meeting at 8 am so it sent everyone home told to come back at 10 who does this has a two hour meeting during business hours would give a no star but...
