I come here often, but lately the service has been real bad. I waited almost 45 mins in store around 1pm for 2 pizzas. There was a huge lack of communication between teammates making the food, one guy who could have helped orders along was just standing there deer-eyed. Another girl came by, but her bun was so low and dangling that hair probably could have fallen into someone’s food. All she seemed to do was bark orders at the dude and didn’t really help while four other customers were before them. Then the wait just to be cashed out was horrendous, I get online orders have priority, but so do actual living customers who come inside your store. There’s also a reason why there are two food lines for prep. There was clearly enough employees behind the counter, i counted 6 to 5 people. During the lunch and dinner rushes you should have two people in front 2, 2 or 1 person doing online, 1 person runner/cashier and another at the oven. Clearly there was enough members to help effectively manage the rush, but not everyone was aware of their job role. This is on part of miscommunication and poor management...y’all need to do better. Your prices are steep but your service and organization is horrible, the lady should have at least given a small discount or something to make up for it, but not even that...great stores anticipate the needs of their customers, and it comes down to awareness. Instead of saying I’m sorry for the wait something like I apologize for the inconvenience on our behalf, let me make it up to you, by offering this or that..all I know is this place needs to wake up be more aware, and communicate more internally...and that’s all I got waiting there for 45 mins...and...
Read moreI've worked years in customer service and food service so it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. This was just rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming. The time to joke around and yell is when you are not actively serving a customer. Pizza always comes out doughy, needs an additional 2 minutes and this has happened multiple visits. I had to ask for more of multiple ingredients because the staff was too lazy to replenish without me asking. Then passive aggressively being annoyed that I asked like I won't notice. But come on you are literally scraping the sides of a container and getting less than half a spoon for sauce. I almost laughed as it didn't cover half the pizza so I waited to ask to see if you might actually add more anyway. It's not my fault if you don't like your job or don't care about it. If I were rude, yeah go ahead and act like I'm not there. But I wasn't rude or even demanding I just asked for more sauce. I think you're a manager or shift lead and you didn't even treat your other employees that well, other than the dude at the oven. Just on viewing the state of the ingredients and then the service at multiple stages, I will not be going back to this location and may not be back to Blaze. Read moreI will give it a 3 star, only because this past Friday I went was probably the worse experience I’ve ever had all the other times I’ve experienced good attitude and professionalism. I want to start of by saying on 4/01/22 around 7PM or 8PM the girl on the line prepping the pizza your attitude was poor. The guy that was helping us initially was in such a good mood but you seemed so annoyed for whatever reason. You just seemed like you were throwing the toppings on the pizza and not even trying I understand you guys were busy but when we are paying customers we would still like our food to be made accordingly. The worse part was the fact that when you were restocking your station you first touched all the meats. Chicken, bacon, pepperoni, ham, salami but you didn’t change your gloves you went and touched the veggies and fruit. You crossed contaminated everything you touched. I’ve worked in the food industry Specifically pizza me n edd, Howies pizza dominos and Pizza Hut. You might need to be retrained in cross contamination. Because everything should have been thrown out after your dirty gloves touched the pineapple. Also being that it was a Friday you should have had extra mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
