DELAYS, DELAYS, DELAYS We were told that the shower\tub unit we wanted could be ordered 2-3 weeks ahead of time for delivery. We ordered the unit then told them the date we needed delivery which allowed three weeks. When the end of the third week for the delivery came we asked where the unit was. We were told that Ferguson had possession of it. But it was the delivered to the Ferguson store a hundred miles away and it would take another week and a half to get it to our job site. After a week and a half we asked where the unit was and were told that it's in the Vista store. But it had a large crack on it. It will take another week and a half to get another one. This shut down our construction site. After another week and a half we had to ask again and were told that this one was also delivered to the Ferguson store a hundred miles away and it too had arrived with a large crack. Because they knew our job site was shut down, they offered to have the crack patched and give us a whole $50 off of the payment. REALLY, you shut my construction down, delay me 4 weeks plus and you want to give me $50 and a repaired unit for all the grief you are causing. NO, I said. Well then, it will take another week and a half for another one. Can't you find something in the vicinity that is comparable and can be delivered soon, I asked? Oh ya, we can try to do that, was the response. So, our 2-3 week delivery was at 6 weeks and counting and the job site was shut down. And we had paid an extra $150 to get the original unit we wanted delivered. Since we never got the unit we wanted and a substitute was found locally, we asked for our $150 delivery payment to be refunded. It took me 3 e-mails and 3 phone calls to get my $150 back. When I told the manager that I had never heard back about my request for a refund her response was, "Oh, I thought I took care of that a month and a half ago." So Ferguson didn't deliver on time, couldn't manage to get a unit shipped without going to the wrong store and getting cracked up both times and they don't respond to or follow up on customer requests. I thought we had a helpful woman rep but she steered us to a Jacuzzi fiberglass tub for our major bathroom remodel in a tight bathroom with lots of new tile work. Well, that Jacuzzi tub is absolute garbage!!!! After a few months of minimal use a small shampoo bottle slipped into the tub. End of the world catastrophic accident due to the sub par manufacturing quality of the Jacuzzi tub. The corner of the tub cracked and Jacuzziās only offer was to send me a new bathtub. Ok, really!? Demo, reinstall, and retile work would be all on me! What an absolute piece of junk! I had to hire a fiberglass doctor to make repairs three times and itās still not acceptable. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited the showroom today because I was originally dealing with Pacific Sales in Escondido but I decided I wasnāt too thrilled with them so I canceled the whole order. The receptionist had Justin help us which we were so happy with him. I never realized that a bathroom remodel is very stressful because there are so many fixtures and parts to a bathroom that are involved. We got very lucky with Justin because heās very knowledgeable and worked patiently with us while picking out the shower, bath tub, sinks, faucets and etc. I walked out of the showroom feeling less stressed and happy that we were able to purchase everything that we needed for the remodel. Thank you Justin you made my life much easier.
