Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Vista

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The way I was treated today was horrendous. I was harassed at the Costco in Vista for not showing my membership card due to just having had surgery on my arm. I was in extreme pain and had to pick up a pizza order for my friend who just lost her mother. I was followed by Greg who aggressively stated he was one of the managers and a young female associate named Brenna. They threatened to get security if I did not show them my membership card. It was a nightmare, they were filled with so much hate in their eyes. I’m so concerned that this was discrimination and an example of prejudice. I’m going to contact the corporate office for Costco tomorrow to complain. I will never step foot in this specific Costco EVER AGAIN. Jessica was the associate that was at the entrance who caused all of this, I will include all three names in my complaint. They all should be FIRED. I caught Greg on video after he advised me that he was going to follow me throughout the store and when I started recording, he stopped and looked away as if he had done nothing wrong. We ordered whole pepperoni pizza before we got to the store! Went and shopped and took more time than what was quoted thinking our pizza would be done! Paid for the pizza and went up to the pick up window! The guy taking the pizza off the oven ignores you and doesn't seem to want to help anyone at the window. We go to another window and they tell us it's not ready it will be 10 more minutes when it has already been 30 - 40 minutes. We have had this happen 3 separate times. Fix the food court pizza line. No manager is helping they don't call names as pizza is done. They are overwhelmed, and no manager is assisting properly. Expect more as we pay for this executive membership. Order 1 hour into shopping. Told me 45 min. Went to window said 15 more min. Food defrosting poor service. After 1hr after ordering. Went to window said 15 more min confirmed with staff the pizza. Waited in line for 15 min to be told to wait 15 more. 1 hour after I was done with shopping no pizza got money back. Returned frozen items....
