If I could leave zero stars, I would. The way I was treated today was horrendous. I was harassed at the Costco in Vista for not showing my membership card due to just having had surgery on my arm. I was in extreme pain and had to pick up a pizza order for my friend who just lost her mother. I was followed by Greg who aggressively stated he was one of the managers and a young female associate named Brenna. They threatened to get security if I did not show them my membership card. It was a nightmare, they were filled with so much hate in their eyes. I’m so concerned that this was discrimination and an example of prejudice. I’m going to contact the corporate office for Costco tomorrow to complain. I will never step foot in this specific Costco EVER AGAIN. Jessica was the associate that was at the entrance who caused all of this, I will include all three names in my complaint. They all should be FIRED. I caught Greg on video after he advised me that he was going to follow me throughout the store and when I started recording, he stopped and looked away as if he had done nothing wrong.
