I have never felt so blessed. Despite my car not starting twice this morning, I still thought I was having an okay morning. But It wasn't until my battery died the second time that I realized how truly blessed I was going to be! I had no idea that the gentleman who was helping me was the store manager of AutoZone. And upon hearing my situation GAVE me a battery!!! Right before him, this lady who helped me push my car into AutoZone, offered to buy me a battery, and meanwhile my landlord had put me on his InterState acct. So that I might be able to get one. But Jamie said, "No, that won't be necessary. I've been there. I don't want you having to OWE anyone! This battery is on us." Talk about a blessed morning despite setbacks. I am a 52 year old woman that has no knowledge of cars whatsoever. I had an old clunker that was 14 years old and on its last leg and every time I went to the store I told them don't try to rip me off some of the cheap s* because his car isn't going to last long and they did. Now I have a brand new car and they always help me out and my license plate cover at the front of my car broke in the car wash the other day. Well now everytime I go through a carwash my license plate gets all crumpled up well I don't know how to replace the cover so I went in the store I bought a cover and I offered the guy $5 to come out and put the new cover on for me. He turned on the tip and did it anyway I know I would not have turned on the tip they are awesome I love them and I will continue to go there for as long as I live in this area there great Jamie is awesome...

I had a turn signal go out while working Instacart, not the time to be pulled over to be informed I have a light out! Of course, my vehicle did not come with an owner's manual when my ex bought it, so I wasn't even sure if this was a diy fix, I've owned vehicles where special tools were required. In no time, one of the very friendly managers had the right bulbs for my vehicle (I'm sure the other turn signal isn't far behind since I drive Instacart and DoorDash, so the two-pack was a nice option for only $8!). The woman assisting me looked up a quick video for my specific vehicle, changed the bulb for me despite all of the parts being extremely hot on this 90°+ day, and let me watch so I can just pull over and do it myself next time.
