Completely insensitive experience. Felt like a robot was taking our order. They kept repeating anything else? Super fast. Didn't repeat order even though was asked to twice. Because they mumbled the total and ignored me the rest of the time I was asking him to repeat the order and the total. Not even a second after I pull up he is already speed taking the next person's order.
The person wouldn't take their time. Talked extreamly fast. I needed to add more money to my starbucks app but when I asked for him to repeat my order and total he ignored me. Wouldn't respond. I didn't even know how much I was paying until I had to ask him again at the window to again get ignored and given an excuse about how they were with someone else. When excuse me didn't know we were done. Then when I asked for a receipt he printed me a copy so then I wouldn't get the survey. But I am sending an email to corporate as well. I've never been upset going to starbucks it's my happy place. I miss the workers who cared about their customers and communicate with them. It wasn't even that busy for the person to be speeding through my order maybe if his hair wasn't all in his face while wearing a winter hat he would have herd me asking him multiple times at the window what the total was. Read moreWhile we were ordering our coffee in the drive thru, the woman taking our order snapped at us for not stating what size and said "I need to know what size you want". When we began to order our next drink, we were not given the opportunity to state our drink size before the woman got loud and said "what size?". When we finished our order, she stated our amount and nothing else. There was no curious "what size?" or "did you want those to be grande as well?" when she interrupted our second drink.
I am not from this area and very disappointed in how we were treated at this Starbucks. I have read other reviews of great, friendly service but that is not what we experienced.

Read moreWent in through the drive-thru and asked if I could come up to the window as I was providing a picture of an order. Lex was very rude and snarky while ringing up the order.. then told me to pull around in line again to pick up the order?! I ended up just coming inside. She was again rude and stand off-ish when I was at the register with a different employee. All of which, the men who are working are exceptional and friendly. You work in customer service, provide customer service. Ironically, I went to write the review and laughed when I noticed a few other reviews on ‘Lex.’
Maybe educate her on how to get customers to return before they start finding...
