Donāt buy their screen protectors, theyāre not good quality at all, I walked out with new phone and new screen protector installed and had my phone in the front pocket of my hoodie for 40 mins after purchase i and gently bumped against a table and when I looked at my phone the protector was shattered in a few places, Iāve never had this issue with screen protectors; first time having such low quality one and it wasnāt cheap⦠screw their lifetime warranty I donāt want a product that cracks that easily on a brand new phone.
Besides when I went to get the replacement they so said they could do, they want me to pay shipping for a piece of crappy screen protector.
Pass.
I ended up buying myself a new screen protector somewhere else, Best Buy, and upon removing the protector I got at this store Verizon Volo, I couldnāt believe how paper thin the protector I bought was, no wonder it cracked! I donāt even think it was protecting against anything but scratches! Maybe they should tell you itās not to help prevent damage from drops or stuff like that.
Well the one from Best Buy is thick and works perfectly, Iāve had it in the past in previous phones and it has never cracked on me. Itās the one that comes in...

I've been forced to buy new expensive phones and a tablet (specifically an android needed for a job I was wrongfully fired from and now cannot afford) Constantly being over charged Billing changes like monthly Never given specials not even on more devices newly purchased from HQ after still newly purchased devices not working properly 512 gig phone said memory full 2 days after purchase with nothing downloaded No trade in money as advertised offered Not even after I ask...
Please š note: Thus far, the dealings I've had regarding such illegal activities on my devices, etc... Haven't been related to the Fox Lake/Volo store...that I'm aware of!

As the transaction progressed more fees and coersion of forced AutoPay lest monthly penalty charges be imposed. Without regard of 30 years of loyalty additional charges of $35.00 were imposed to all three phones while we only replaced 2 phones. There was no opportunity to waive these additional charges. Viewing our Next Bill Statement instead of the overpriced balance of $157.00 the bill will be $288.00! I am shocked at the cunning greed of Verizon. The associate was apologetic and seemingly embarrassed after announcing each of the add-on mandatory charges and items of coersion The associate practiced utmost professionalism explaining the function, transfer of apps and set-up of our new devices. We are still unhappy after purchasing two phones for $350.00 having to return home forced to pay $1000.00. A great difference. Verizon should be ashamed of taking...
