This location is so close to me yet I chose always to go different location or eat less Chipotle. Today, Chipotle offered everyone BOGO. Just like others I waited in line too for 40 minutes but the customer ahead of me happened to get 2 entrees so it comes out to be 2 free and i saw that it was only charged for two which was absolutely fine. I was next and asked the lady in the front if i can get two entrees with two free. She said that was ok and I was also aware that it was advertised by Chipotle to have two free items per customer and transaction with each free item requires a purchase. At checkout i was told by the manager that i am not allowed to have 2 free items because she was told not to. Not knowing at that time that she was the manager I told her I have another family member in the car outside waiting who is handicap and can't walk inside and wait in the long line like this. She said tell your dad to come inside and pay for the other one to get free item when i was right there paying for food. Who is she to tell me what to do to get two free entrees. Sadly, I told her to take out two prepared items and only charge me for one instead and she was ok to do so and not give me food. I did mentioned to her that the person whom you just spoke in spanish ahead of me got exactly the same thing and you honored it with the smile. I made her read right on the Chipotle site that it stated that customers are allowed to buy two to get two free. She looked at me speechless and when i asked her is it your manager telling you to do so than i don't want to bother due to other people waiting in line also until she said that she was the manager. She was so arrogant not listening to me and telling me that go do the survey. Wow. Does Chipotle franchisee trained their employees to do so and just pushed it over to make them do survey and not even bother? Does anyone know at this location what's going on when i had found too many times bones in the chicken and also today? They were out of white rice within 3 hours because i was the last one to get it but still she only gave me one entree free. Manager seems to do favoritism in the event like this. Manager was ok to not give me prepared meals for dinner but was ok to tell me to have my dad walk in who is handicap just to pay so that she can give me one free entree really Chipotle? I am head of many social events but moving forward I'll make sure we never get anything cater to our events. I'll make sure we will remove Chipotle in general from our list doing any business. Management needs lots of training from backend to front end serving food and dealing with customers. Please do see photos and I'll wait from Chipotle hearing back after this. My girlfriend and I ordered chipotle and spent two extra dollars for guacamole on my burrito. Now i was skeptical about this from the jump because the previous time we had ordered Chipotle (thru doordash) they had also forgotten the guacamole. I don’t know if that was from Voorhees or Bellmawr, but nonetheless I was hoping they would do better this time. They did not. The only reason people go to this grossly overpriced store is for the grossly overpriced guacamole. $2.50 for a little scoop of guac on my ten-dollar burrito? What kind of world are we living in? Additionally, the guy who handed us our bag was a sassy pants and did not offer the customer service I was seeking. My girlfriend brings up a good point. We showed up at about 10:45, fifteen minutes before the store closed. It’s not as if we were there at 10:59. Even still, our time of arrival should have nothing to do with the quality of our food and their service.
