This is a really fun, clean, relaxing place to shop. Absolutely enjoy shopping here because items are organized and easy to find. It's such an easy store to maneuver. You can always find good sale on some items and their products are good quality. The bathroom is located in the back of the store and is very clean. This place is located at the central market place so there is plenty of parking available including wheelchair accessible spots. However,the entrance of the store is not easily accessible by wheelchair or if you're pushing a stroller. They have the best customer service and products. My wife ordered a table on line. It arrived on schedule and was left on the porch. It was very large and heavy difficult for two older people to move inside but we did. Upon opening the box we found several pieces broken. We contacted Kirklands main office and requested them to arrange to have it picked up and a full refund. We did everything they requested. Weeks later the boat anchor, that's all it's good for, is still taking up space in our living room. There's no customer service. If it wouldn't offend my neighbors I'd drag it out in the street.
