Special FX Video Game Exchange — Local services in Waco

I brought a Xbox 360 at this store, and it didn’t work they exchanged it for another one, that didn’t work, and the owner responded with all theses lies about me cussing, it’s not true, I ask why didn’t the owner of this store didn’t fix it the first time, I came back twice? Why, is that the way this business owner does business?? No refund, no exchange, he didn’t any offer store credit! He just took my money, he is a liar and a thief.He doesn’t honor is store policies. He can’t exchange my Xbox because he said he exchanged the last one he had to me the day before. But instead of properly refurbishing his systems he just post lies about his customers. And what? I am out of $108. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and made a scam report to the local new station. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON YELP, I am not the only person he had scammed. The customer experience was absolutely amazing!!! I had brought in some game systems to trade in hopeing to slowly build up store credit to get my little girl a Nintendo switch. I genuinely thought i would get little to nothing for my old systems and i couldnt have been more wrong , these guys gave me way better prices then i expected. To top it off they informed me of a sale on the Nintendo switch lites and i was able to get my little one an amazing gift . Came in looking to purchase a PS2 and I was just walking around the store looking at games (which the inventory is enormous) and I appreciated that nobody bothered me until I was actually ready for help unlike some stores. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. After I purchased the console he explained to me their process of refurbishing and their policies and I can assure you I will never go to any other video game store.
