Texas Music Cafe® — Local services in Waco

What an GREAT Music venue. As I find them, I am loving the ‘listening room’ concept more and more. Our second visit to TMC’s current location, the first was early in their construction/remodel of the space, last night was 6 weeks after their Grand reopening. The construction zone in March did not prevent GREAT MUSIC nor deter the friendliness of the staff, and that desire to meet the needs of the audience has not waned. The staff is always trying to make it better, truly wants your honest feedback, and wants you to tell your friends. Our visit last night saw a great lineup of singer/song writers - Waco’s Garret Butler, Iowa’s John Watt as well as Waco and the world’s wonderful Union Revival. Though Union Revival was a fabulous ‘headline’ act Garret or John either one could have carried a solo show. We intend to make the 45 minute drive again and again for more...

Such a unique and enjoyable experience! We have been in Waco for about a year but this was our first time to the Texas Music Cafe. It is a very intimate setting and you really feel like you are part of something special and part of the performance itself. All the volunteers were so nice and very passionate about promoting the music scene in Waco. We will definitely be back and look forward to attending the singer/songwriter series coming up! What an awesome experience and an amazing new venue in downtown Waco! I’ve been following Texas Music Cafe for many years and every show I go to have just been such a good time. The music for many of the great artists featured is so well produced and recorded.
