I had an exceptional experience with Tecova in Waco, and I can't praise them enough! I received a notification that the boot I had been eyeing was finally available at the Waco TX store. Excitedly, I called the store and was greeted by one of their knowledgeable associates who knew exactly which boot I was talking about.

What truly impressed me was the level of commitment and dedication to customer service demonstrated by this associate. They promised to have the boot shipped out to me on the very same day. I couldn't have asked for a better response!

The following day, I eagerly received my long-awaited boot, and let me tell you, it was worth the wait. Tecova's attention to detail in packaging and delivering their products is commendable.

While I am not usually one for reviews, I had to write one for the Waco Tecovas store. I have worn various boot brands and shopped at various western wear stores over the years, But Tecovas offers a fantastic product, at a fantastic price, in classic boot shapes that are not offered as in much variety by legacy bootmakers. While the products are great, the store is even better. I have shopped with multiple Tecovas locations and have spoke with Tecovas support online, and every interaction has been wonderful with positive, helpful employees. Even with my great experiences with other stores and representatives of the company, the Waco store stands tall above the rest, which is saying a lot. The employees are even more friendly and knowledgeable, and provide exceptional service with exceptional attitudes. Even with this store being one of their smaller locations with less inventory, I will still continue to go out of my way to shop at this location.

Exceptional customer service at its finest = this is an easy 5 Star review. All of the staff are warm, personable, and professional.

The boutique setting rivals that of companies that charge much more for their boots and western wear... Yes, you know the one: The company name starts with an "L", however will remain nameless, today.

And, if you're wondering, the quality goods sell themselves. Waco is fortunate to have Tecovas. Most of Tecovas stores are located much larger cities. I did the research.

If the Tecovas store you're shopping in doesn't have the item you're searching for, the staff can locate it in mere seconds via computer. And, will even call the store to insure that the item is in stock, or have it shipped, or placed on hold.
