I just visited this location and wanted to share the experience. I came to get my pickup order which I've probably only made several over the past few months because I just moved here in May. So my experience with pickup has been good which is why there's 3 stars.
My experience going inside today to go ahead and grab a few items I needed for dinner is why there's 2 stars missing. I'm walking down isles trying to gather the only 5 items I needed and I've already had to stop several times for stockers moving carts and such, I'm polite cause I just imagine they are not having a good time with this pandemic. So I go down another isle and this woman restocking walks in front of me causing me to stop and wait not one but THREE times. I'm trying to be patient and just get down the isle while being aggravated I couldn't find anything easily in this store. I see this older woman start coming down the isle and I know I'm going the wrong way so I pull my cart to the side and start directly behind the giant restock cart that's blocking over half the isle. The employee then walks fast towards this older woman with empty boxes in her hands and the older woman says "I'm sorry" cause I guess she felt she was in the employees way. The employee then says, "Oh no, YOU'RE going in the right direction".... mind you I'm in no ones way because I'm standing behind a giant metal cart. After the employee finally lets the older woman by she comes to me and is way too close for the 6 foot apart rule, and says, "There's arrows on the floor telling you which way to go." I then explained that I am over 7 months pregnant and don't need to be walking down multiple isles to be in the right direction for the few(only needed 5 things) I actually need to go down.
I think your employees need to be trained about having more compassion especially during a national pandemic because they don't know what people are going through and spouting rude comments at strangers is not okay. I was literally almost in tears, probably cause all these hormones and I couldn't find what I needed, it took me 30-45 minutes to find those 5 things and I had to ask other employees where they were and I had to ask for help reaching things. So it was just very overwhelming all together and I didn't need the added comment from a jerk employee..
Also, things should be restocked at night when there's no shoppers because it's IMPOSSIBLE to keep 6 feet when there's 1-2 stockers in every isle and they don't care at all how close they are...
Read moreIf there were a Star less than 1, I would give that, that's how bad my recent shopping experience was at Target. Ironically, I had just said to myself I would "never" go to Walmart again, I hate that store. So, I go to Target with very high hopes, nope.
On Saturday evening {10/29/2022} I visited this store at about 2:o'clock. I had originally been looking for white panty hose or tights for a costume and there weren't any. An associate nearby had been very helpful.
FAST FORWARD: I specifically asked the woman in the deli for ONE POUND of the wings with wing sauce on them. She had a nasty attitude to begin with, she told me was "getting off", I told her to "leave then". Again, FAST FORWARD: she had given me too many, so I asked her to take some off, she took some off and THREW THEM IN THE TRASH RIGHT IN MY FACE! I could not believe she did this, this was the rudest EMPLOYEE I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my LIFE {i am over 50}. She argued with me because i told her that was very disrespectful. I eventually told her to keep them and call her store manager, she asked the supervisor in Starbucks to come over. During this time, she {female employee} was continually being disrespectful. Madeline was very attentive, apologetic, listened, and she seemed to be concerned. I was so terribly upset that I asked for the store manager, I spoke with the manager on duty and was given a gift card and the wings for free, NOT what I wanted but they seemed sincere, and I was appreciative. That woman should not be in a position to serve customers, Not only was she rude to me for NO REASON, but her hair was also not covered completely.
I still can't believe I was treated this way and at TARGET...
Read moreThe girl that loaded my car at target stacked 3 cases of water on top of each other and put the other bags behind it. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I heard them all fall over. No big deal, itâs just water. Then I started smelling detergent. Pulled over to get gas and checked the back, this is what I found. The water broke the lid on my detergent and all 150oz ended up all over the trunk of my car đ I was so mad and just wanted to cry. Like how do you even clean this up?? I called Target and explained what happened, and told them I was headed back to at least get a replacement detergent.
Let me tell you, I did NOT expect what happened next. Honestly, I figured theyâd give me another detergent, maybe a $20 gift card and obligatory apology. Oh no. They gave me a $40 gift card. Brought my cold items inside to keep in the coolers while they took pictures and filled out an incident report (to have a professional cleaning paid for), then CRAWLED IN THE BACK TO CLEAN IT UP as best they could. They also noticed one of the cases of water had detergent on it so they also replaced that. They were so nice and apologized profusely for this happening. They even left some what they called âhero padsâ to continue soaking it up until I could bring it in to be cleaned.
So a big THANK YOU to Peter and Dustin at the Wake Forest Target for your OUTSTANDING customer service. I drove away truly feeling like you made the...
