My husband and I took our TV to this repair shop back in Dec, actually took 2 but decided to only get one fixed at the time. Paid the fee to have both diagnosed to find out what was wrong and decided to move forward. It took about 2wks to get our TV back and when we did it worked fine but about 4 days later it was back to not working again. Lines in the TV and it would black out showing no picture at all. We were told it was the motherboard that needed to be replaced AGAIN. Was told we may have received a bad part initially from the company they order from. Took the TV back to the shop and waited and waited and reached the 3rd week (in Jan) and we were just unsatisfied with the wait. We called to speak to someone to find out what was going on. I spoke with the gentleman there for about 5 mins or so and he explained to me the reason for the wait. He said the lady Cathy that handles the returns until later wouldn't be in until later that morning. So I get my husband to call back and CATHY was just UGLY!!!! He asked questions and she became defensive and didn't want to give him any information at all. I spoke with him and he tells me that she had the worst attitude. So I call and try to get some answers and this lady tells me she is not going to repeat what she told my husband to me and REFUSED to answer my questions and then hangs up the phone. I was so upset to the point my husband and I discussed calling the police to escort us to go pick up my TV b/c I was so upset. This simple phone call turned into an unwanted argument for nothing at all other than questions when I am a PAYING CUSTOMER!!! We lost around 250.00 dollars messing with this place. Only refunded us the 130.00 dollars for the part. The man who I think owns the shop is nice but his assistant is just UGLY. Simple as that. The guy offered to fix the TV for free if he could find the part ; however, only would do it for FREE if I didn't leave a BAD Review. The review isn't BAD, it''s my experience and if you have to ask me NOT to do that, then he knows deep down inside that this lady CATHY was just RUDE and UGLY and has POOR Customer Service. I will never, never go back to this place even if it was FREE. Please don't go here. Read moreI just spoke with the guy on the phone and was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with customer service. The guy I was in the process of trying to figure out how I can get my circuit on my home theater system repaired, and when I called the guy he proceeded to be helpful in the beginning however once we had gone five minutes into the conversation is when he began to start getting rude. I asked the gentleman for a specific part and he said that he had relations with used parts suppliers that he may be able to get it sooner so my dilemma was If I could have the part before two weeks I would get the job done, when I proceeded to ask him if he could have the part for me he then told me that because I have not given him any money he’s not going to do any research for me and it was nice to know me and hung up on my face. From one business owner to another that is not how you treat your customers whether they have done business with you or not and you will not have any business if you conduct yourself in that manner. They told me they would give me an honest assessment of whether the TV was worth repairing. Less then 24 hours later they called to tell me my TV could be repairs for less than $200. It was well worth the money.
I appreciated the service so much that I have referred my parents who just had their TV repaired at a very reasonable price. I love the fast and friendly service I recieved and will continue to recommend this company to anyone.
