I took my best friend here for her birthday and the staff was very unprofessional and rude. Their class ran late before ours which would not have been an issue if they had atleast apologized. Then when we got set up we asked how long the class typically is only because we have dinner reservations after and they said 45 minutes. We were doing the class for only 20 and it was rushed. The young girl who taught our class was rude and patronizing towards us and insulted us multiple times. I’ve never been made to feel so stupid just because I had not done something before. My friend and I had a good time making candles. The lady who was teaching us was knowledgeable but the place wasn't very clean. They didn't clean the vessels before we poured the candles. Also because we were coming from farther away we had the candles shipped. We were told they would ship out the following Wednesday (we were there on a Sunday) but it took 10 days before the candles were shipped out. And my friend still hasn't received her candle, it's been almost a month since we made the candles. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We definitely will not be back. I loved my experience making a candle here. Booking an appointment online was very easy; I like that they have a few classes available throughout the day.

Upon my arrival I received a warm welcome by my instructor. This place is beautiful, tidy up and has a great atmosphere. Everything is nicely organized. Making a candle for the first time was easy and fast.
