Did an engraving on charm. Engraving came out with part of the lettering missing due to the design on the Lab-grown Diamond Engravable Mom Double Dangle Charm. The young lady went to engage the manager to get it fixed. However, the manager came over with THE WORST ATTITUDE! First thing out of her mouth was that I was responsible for it because I clicked the discloser button at the end. Yet she assumed incorrectly. I did not click it, the associate did! She insisted that it was my fault that the charm engraving came out the way that it did. Not once did she take a moment to even try to figure out what went wrong. When I suggested to her that the machine may not be calibrated correctly, as an effort to save this type of mistake from happening again, she replied saying she just couldn’t keep damaging charms out! After going back and forth for a bit and having a growing number of spectators she agreed to damage it out. To be honest I have never been treated so poorly by a manager. Customer service is not her strong suit. Also I saw that I was over charged for the items that I purchased. I purchased 1 Engravable Rectangle Tag Pendant in silver with engraving, 1 Engravable Heart Tag Pendant with engraving, 1 Glow-in-the-dark Firefly Dangle Charm, 1 heart clasp bracelet and received the free silver bangle with $125 purchase. $259.70 should not have been my total. I ask that the district manager looks over my purchase (transaction number 15677) and contacts me in regards to the treatment I received from the manager and to fix my purchase. I came to this Pandora on October 4. I wanted to purchase a ring for my daughter‘s birthday which is October 31st. They did not have the ring in her size but stated I could order it from them and it will be here in about a week. As of today October 29 I have yet to get a phone call to let me know that my daughters ring had come in. I expressed at that time that I was making sure I got it early enough to get to my daughter on her birthday. I ordered the ring on line this past Thursday, October 24 and I received it yesterday October 28. I am trying to understand if they even put in the order for the ring or just forgot to call me. Customer service is definitely not a strong suit. Came in to exchange sizes for a bracelet and had a young lady Makenzie or McKayla just stand there. Lack of customer service and communication from her as she blankly looks at me. I ask for a bigger size, she walks away and grabs a new size and barely even tries it on my wrist before putting it back and grabbing another one. The next one she grabs is way too big and she just places it on the counter and is waiting in her manager for an exchange but never informed me at all. The manager is super sweet didn’t catch her name at all but the manager puts on the bracelet and says this seems to big! I agree and ask to get a size lower and the sales associate says “I already tried that size it’s too small!” I’m shocked because it’s not your wrist it’s mine and I think the size down was fine!
