Super 8 by Wyndham Waldorf — Hotel in Waldorf

Smoke coming into my non-smoking bed room over night. Many black people argued over night on the same floor. A black prostitute goes to the hotel room over night. When I checked in she was in the hotel at 3:00 pm. She had parked in the hotel parking lot with extremely loud music sounding like "I am here for looking for a business". She was still there at 11 pm and 2 am. I complained several times. There is no telephone attached to the room. So I had to walk to a black senior receptionist man. First he was sleeping at the desk. Second time, he finally walked to her car to remove her from the hotel property when I requested him to call PD. She is like his friend. He knows her. I could finally went to bed at 3am and left the hotel at 8 am. Expedia.com cannot helped me at all because the hotel denied refund. Also, no breakfast provided even it was included what I paid. Truly mislead hotel ad and listing. Hotel manager said after check-in, no refund. I did not know so many bad things happened in several hours after checked in. Never recommend this hotel. Facilities and a rotten manager are falling down. Roaches running in a reception area. They did not care at all. Warlord is the low level town and work place of prostitutes and drug dealers. I will never go...

Disgusting. Worst hotel experience to date. I understand the challenges of low budget lodgings, but this was a stretch. The bath towels had brown stains. The door lock looked like it had been kicked in. There were roaches. The furniture was stained and dingy. There were people partying to all hours of the night and banging on doors. Overall condition was filthy.

We had arrived at 4am the first night and had not noticed the condition until the next day. When we awoke, we complained, and the staff had promised to clean so we gave them a second chance. When we arrived late that night the room wasn't any better. In fact, there was pee on the seat which I'm sure we didn't leave. It was too late and we were forced to stay there, creeped out and sleeping on top of the sheets.

When we left we told the desk about the roaches and he gave us the thumbs up and said "don't worry - exterminator comes on Sunday." When we called customer service they laughed at our experience. I used count Super 8 as my go-to, but not anymore. Terrible. Pay more to stay elsewhere....

The price on the internet said $53 I went to check in the guy said 72 plus tax I said was his 53 on the internet because I don't care what it said and I go upstairs for a hotel it supposed to be back by Wyndham there's a sign there is his quality and freshness or something like that guarantee cleanliness the room was disgusting but I was so tired I took the blankets and sheets off one bed lay them across a blanket across the other one so I didn't have to lay on the sheets in case of bed bugs and around 2:30 I heard the door slam and somebody trying to open my bedroom door my room door so I took the chair stuck it up against the door and went back to sleep I got woke up at 5:45 somebody kicking doors outside in the hallway and I went downstairs and have coffee and breakfast I am calling corporate this morning and Wyndham the place is disgusting they should have people go...
