Asian CHAO — Restaurant in Maryland

The food is okay, I go there often. The staff seems friendly, however, the old lady at the cashier's desk gives nothing but attitude.

I go there a lot and at first she was nice, she would wish me a good day and smile. One day I didn't tip because I didn't have the funds and her whole persona changed. The next time I went I didn't tip because of it and she kept her stank attitude. It's gotten worse, she barely even acknowledges me like she does with customers who do tip.

I would tip every time I went if it wasn't for this old lady taking it too personal and obvious that she doesn't like non-tippers. Regardless, I still smile and thank her for the food because I didn't pay...

Never had any issues here until today, which will be our last trip.

Lady made our food correctly but I guess at some point while ringing people up our food was swapped with someone else's. After getting home and realizing we were given the wrong food, I went back to the mall to get it corrected. Turns out what they charged us for was $2 less than what we really ordered and in order for them to give the correct food, they needed to ring me up for a separate $2 charge. At a time where a place should be tripping over themselves to refund the whole order for the wasted time, gas, & inconvenience that was caused entirely by their own doing , they still demand...

I ordered rice and Lo Mein with General Tso's chicken and the food was old, the rice was hard and cold and old plus the chicken did not taste like General Tso's chicken at all, and I was not refunded the whole amount just because I happened to eat the egg roll. The cashier at first didn't even want to refund me my money back just because her boss wasn't even in. She had to call him and apparently he wanted to still charge me for the egg roll and not even an apology from either one of them....
