I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I placed an order tonight for food with a location that listed their closing hours of 8:30pm. However, when my fiancé arrived at 8 he was told that although my order was placed at 7:54 they had already closed and wouldn’t make the order they also refused to cancel the order stating we would need to cancel it. When my fiancé questioned the drastic difference in business hours they started to mostly speak Spanish and pretend they didn’t understand. When trying to cancel the order the only resource is to call the store we ordered from. However the phone line goes straight to busy and does not work. I also tried calling multiple nearby stores for the corporate phone number and was turned away stating they didn’t have it or they were out of service. I am appalled at the serious lack of customer support. I will now have to go in person to try and cancel this order and hope the staff is kinder to me than they were to my fiancé. Listening will help instead of catching an attitude because I want what I asked & paid for which is no QUESO, TOMATO, PEPPERS & add honey mustard. I have also not complained b4, but today. The only thing I ask for EVERY time I come is the Chicken Philly combo with no drink unless it's free. I don't eat beef or pork, so u telling me I asked for something that I didn't & u catch an attitude. Im confused. Read moreI went to get a cheesesteak at the Waldorf, Maryland location on 8/28/20. I order a large cheesesteak combo with just cheese. I notice that the cheese the associate is placing on my s as sandwich is not American cheese rather it Provolone. I question the cashier about the cheese and am told that American cheese is no longer available at Charleys. I'm appalled that they do not tell you that before you order.
