Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

Our whoppers and one of our drinks were prepared incorrectly and the young man at the window was very polite about taking the food back to correct the order. There was an older woman that was preparing the food and she came over to the window and very loudly proclaimed that the food was prepared like the screen said. This is more than likely true, however we asked for no onions add cheese and that was not how the burgers were prepared. We paid the additional cost because the person who took the order didn't charge us for cheese. Now people make mistakes no harm no foul. The problem came about once the burgers were prepared. The woman shouted give them their food and shut the window. We never once spoke to this woman to warrant this type of response and we thanked the young man at the window several times as he was extremely polite. Maybe she was having a bad day I don't know but her vitriol was enough to make me leave a negative review which I have never done. And to be fair the food was good and fresh and if not for her rude outburst I would certainly give this...

I stopped by this location yesterday for a quick meal after errands. Mobile orders don’t generally come with a receipt, but I wanted to acknowledge the young woman who was working the drive through window during my visit (at 1:15pm). I was nervous about my visit as this location has poor reviews on Google maps (I believe it shows Yelp reviews). However, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The young lady at the window was very kind, my order was correct, and when I asked for some ranch, the young woman not only got them quickly with a smile, but she said she made sure my ranch cups were not on top of my fries for sanitary purposes. I was just blown away by how thoughtful that was. I hate when my dipping sauce that everyone has touched is sitting in my fries. Please acknowledge this young lady as she absolutely...

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Idk who rates this place higher than 1 star... the food is awful,the service is ok, the speed is super slow.. i have an hour lunch and by the time im done there n finally have my food, my lunch is over half gone and its crazy because the food is still horrible the nuggets and fried things are always over cooked while the breakfast items like eggs are never fully done or even sometime spoiled ive found flys in my food and on my bags multiple times.. when u ask for sauce they give u a little container with just a corner of sauce in it which is not even enough for half of a nugget... DO NOT EAT HERE🙅🏽‍♂️ Total waste of what little money...
