Writing this negative review is tough but being honest is more important to me...I have been coming here for yrs (approx 2-3 yrs.) and always come with my 6 yr who usually gets polish added to her nails and toes (usually I'm charged between $10 and $15 dollars because she's not getting a manicure or pedicure) which is fine with me (of course the prices are never discussed before your service but rather sprung on you at the end). We had an appt and I got a pedicure with gel polish ($37) which is my usual and my daughter got gel on her hand and feet (not a manicure or pedicure) and I was shocked to find that I was charged ($55)....yup $55 DOLLARS TO PUT GEL ON MY DAUGHTER'S NAILS AND TOES....NO PEDICURE...NO MASSAGE...NO WATER DRAWN...NO other service just putting the GEL on her nails...that is all. When she said $92 dollars for my bill I almost fell out of my chair. I was really shocked by Hana's response when I was asking her what the HIGH bill included and she had no real response other than "it's Gel girl". Unfortunately, I won't be back and it sucks because we like the staff and the location was really convenient. We tried to support the business through covid-19 and buy masks and continue our appts while also being safe....but no more...I don't condone priced gouging. Oh and to make this even more annoying..the $55 gel is CHIPPING (Picture for reference)....

My nails were done ok but I definitely wasn't happy with their customer service. I went in and requested a fill and a pedicure. They told me it would be a 15 min wait but after the 15 min I was asked if I could come back tomorrow bc they were under staffed. I politely said it's ok I'll wait bc I have to work during the week and wouldn't be able to come back. After a 45min wait I got my fill started but was then told that they couldn't do my pedicure and that I could come back tomorrow(again🙄). I was annoyed about that bc I already explained that I could only get my nails done on the weekend bc of work. They apologized but that was about it. Then when they charged me I was shocked again bc they charged me more than expected. I was told one price at first then something different at the end. I will never go back...

I've been searching for the perfect nail salon and really wanted to love this place. Pros: friendly staff and a wide selection of colors. Loved the shape of my nails, I got so many compliments! However, I noticed the gel started to peel after about 1.5 weeks which is unfortunate because I get gel manicures for the long-term wear. The color was completely peeling off and chipped by 2.5 weeks. The manicures are reasonably priced and I'll give it a shot if I'm in a bind but it won't be my...
