my mom got catfish steaks according to the ad the steaks are already sliced which is preferable because the average person doesn't want to deal with a whole fish and the bones etc . well idk if the IC shopper got confused or what but he messaged her saying whole fish ? she didn't see the message so he got it. they literally gave the fish cut up in chunks or whatever and my mom has joint issues now so that wasn't going to work. I ended up having to cut it up best I could and made some catfish nuggets with them but a lot of the cost comes from the weight so the freaking big headed fish with the eyes still on it (lol sorry I'm not used to this type food prep) well I cut some but I guess didn't have right knife so that got tossed. my mom was already pissed so she got her money back from IC and today reordered the correct item and so it ended up being fine but my thing is the butcher should've known that she was ordering the fish the way it looks on the ad/IC. I give them extra star because they sell my favorite ramen here for good price and even have 5 packs which is cool. Was gonna rate the food a 5 star but an Iccendent happened today, I got some food want to sit in the cafe to eat and noticed a man in the corner I thought I was not seeing what I was seeing then I realized this man was touching himself I got up to buy something to make it seem like I didn't notice went to the supervisor reported him she walked around to make it seems like she was doing something else so she could catch him and yes he still hat his hands in his pants and then she sent a man to look and they did absolutely nothing the man caught on and left this is why women don't report any type of sexual assault because no one does anything I'm very disappointed and disgusted and upset that no one did anything. I like the place because it is convenient. But today a cashier called Huiyan Yu was very rude and aggressive to us. She was throwing around our food and flipped sushi rolls upside down. Then when I asked if they bag stuff (because some place customers do it on their own), she yelled, I only have two hands, how can I do that and check out your stuff at the same time. I told her I didn't mean that, she still had a bad attitude and repeated the same thing again. At the end my credit card was denied, I asked her if it was because I pulled out too soon since it was working at the bakery a few minutes ago, she looked very mad, yelled that she did know, it was not her fault.... ....I will avoid her next time.
