š Location: Thirsty Waters is located on Colima Rd inside Fairway Plaza, on the corner of Colima and Fairway/Brea Canyon Cut Off Rd. This spot used to be Kawai Boba Tea House, and now sits next to Chefs and California Pharmacy Supply.

š¹ Drinks & Taste: I ordered the Roasted Barley Milk Tea with Boba. The drink leaned more on the sugary side with very little tea flavor coming through. The boba pearls were on the firmer side, served cold with no distinct tasteādefinitely not the warm, chewy style that some boba fans love.

šŖ Atmosphere: When you walk in, thereās a counter with a self-order kiosk right at the entrance for drinks and food. To the right is a large menu display, and to the left are about 7ā8 tables for dine-in if you want to relax, sip your drink, or chat with friends.

š Service: Service was solid. Staff was friendly, helpful, and welcomed me with a smile.

š Overall: Thirsty Waters is an average boba shop with no big surprises. Nothing bad stood out, but nothing wowed me either. Iām open to giving them another shotāmaybe I just ordered the wrong...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped by this spot with my girlfriend because they were doing a Labubu giveaway (yes, weāre both easily influenced by things lol). The line was out the door but it moved fairly quicker than other boba lines we've been in. No long suffering in the sun, thankfully.
It was pretty hot out but one of the owners came outside to greet everyone and she even handed out samples of their melon chrysanthemum tea and explained the inspiration behind it. Super nice gesture and honestly that tea was so good we ended up ordering a full one along with their phoenix oolong. Both drinks had that nostalgic, comforting taste you canāt quite explain but love.
The place also has tables and chairs which we appreciated and itās a nice spot to sit and relax, not just grab and go. Weāll definitely be back to try more of their menu and next time weāre bringing friends to hang out. Very clean and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRelatively new tea shop that I decided to come try out! First impressions on ambiance - excellent vibes, very well maintained, has a claw machine with Labubus too (although they were all claimed when I visited LOL).
Great service, we were offered a sip of the oolong tea upon entering and it was soooo perfect. But today, decided on a iron goddess milk tea for myself with lychee jelly, my brother got the alishan high mountain oolong tea, my mom went with the sakura white peach with jelly, and my dad tried the honeydew chrysanthemum tea with no toppings.
One cool thing to note, their "perfect" sweetness, is comparable to a 80% sweetness from other places. And boy oh boy, it was perfect!
I will...
