Taco Bell — Restaurant in Walpole

I don't like their new app, at all. I ordered via mobile. I was not going to go through all of their recommendations to try to find what I wanted. The app is aggravating and took steps in the WRONG DIRECTION. So, I ordered 2 Chicken something, 2 double beef and cheese burritos and 2 of something else. Not one of them reminded me of Taco Bell. What happened to the simple beam rice and cheese burritos they had on the value menu? All 6 of my sandwiches were SLOPPY WET WITH WAY TOO MUCH LIQUID INSIDE. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. The texture, and flavor was nasty and every wrap was not toasted. When I hit into them I could feel warm on one side and COLD on the other. The tortillas were not toasted and just flopped around.

I'm very disappointed with my last $20 Pickup order. I'm gonna drive by Taco Bell from now on. It used to be my GO 2 when their menu and food was splitting. But the crap they sell now, I'm not going to purchase again. I almost drove 5 miles back to walpole to give them back their disgusting food and ask for a refund. It was just so nasty. I've NEVER had Taco Bell or any other restaurant serve me food that gross. I'm a construction worker. I'm used to bringing my lunch or buying something from takeout. I've eaten many foods and these Taco Bell was like eating food that a dog puked up. The chicken...

I don't know man. Giving taco bell one star is kinda like kicking a dead horse, but this location is pretty bad.

It used to be the best one around here, then it got worse and worse over the years. Nowadays you can expect to have your order wrong constantly and get attitude at the drive thru. I haven't been inside this place in maybe ten years because it's so bad dealing with the people and employees, or lack thereof, inside.

But you cave, or someone asks you to go there, and you say yes cause you forgot about how bad the food was and how bad your experience was last time, and you go and relive it all over again.

Stupid expensive for the glorified dog food they serve you. It's legit slop and gets worse every time. Like go sit down at the chilis next door and it'll cost you maybe ten bucks more for two people. It's insane.

Blonde lady (who I think is the same one others have mentioned) at the drive thru who couldn't care less about your order and acts like you're putting her out and and hands you drinks with loose lids that spill all over you when you're getting them to the cup holder, and then gives you dismissive attitude when you ask about napkins to clean up the mess she caused.....

Never again. I'll do chilis or chipotle instead. They're close by and they cost maybe a few bucks more and...

It's a taco bell so you don't expect the quality of food to be great. I go there cause my wife loves taco bell (I don't know why). If the service here was normal it would be 4 stars for me as a taco bell, but half the times I've been they might get something wrong (it's an adventure), a drink, some food item. It usually doesn't matter much to me because all the food at taco bell is the same quality to me (i.e. not good) so it's not like I'm ever craving something and missed out and as for drinks, we usually have drinks at home as they serve Pepsi products and it's not my first option. It's the closest one to me so I'll keep going when my wife wants taco bell. Perhaps in the future the service will get better.

I updated my review to 4 stars because it may be just a taco bell so nothing exceptional (although I do enjoy the chalupa whenever we go), because unlike every other drive thru I've been too, this one has never disappointed in years of going. Even if you see a line of cars like 6 or 7 where in most drive thrus I think ok.. This will be at least half an hour or more. There it's only a few minutes.

Haven't been indoors to check the service since the beginning of covid, but drive thru...
