Saw a sax on Reverb and the website kept crashing when I tried to buy it. I called the folks at Sussex County Music and Cindi was so helpful!

She knew immediately which one I was interested in as I described it to her. I told her that I was a raw beginner, and she let me know that this would be an excellent choice for me. I felt that I was being treated the same as any customer that had walked in the shop.

Online transactions are ok, but sometimes it’s great to talk to a knowledgeable human being and this was one of those times. Oh, did I mention that a fresh box of reeds was tucked in the case as well. Bonus!
