Came here on opening day and went for the Pax Era deal, although I planned on gifting it as a special treat to a dying friend. I would like to say I am happy with my choice but I'm not. He loves the Pax Era but I'm upset about the In Good Health Cartridge and the fact they claimed we were getting custom engraved Pax Eras, yet it was not true at all. Everyone shopping here REALLY needs to check the MFG Date, Test Date, Pkg. Date and especially the Best By date on their products if you decide to shop here. I was really upset upon gifting some Crumble and Super Silver Haze cartridge to an older friend with cancer. He can not afford a medical card and I just wanted to help him out for Christmas and I did not even know what I was looking at it when I bought it. But the whole reason people want to purchase legally and try new things is because we are supposed to be getting tested products that hopefully have not EXPIRED. Last time I checked also, when a business makes a mistake, they don't tell you go wait in line for two hours or more. Never going back. He discovered the Crumble was three weeks from expiring and just was very dried out compared to any other place I buy it. This has not happened at any other dispensary. The pax era cartridge supposedly from "In Good Health" had completely crazy dates on it and I am including a photo. The MFG and testing dates, etc., were actually listed as July 31, 2019. Seriously? This is seriously troubling and not okay. First, I called Good Health and they told me to exchange it at Verilife immediately. I called the customer service that said PharmaCann when I called, and they already knew about this problem and yet did not contact ANY customers and many of us registered with e-mails and phone numbers to purchase. Verilife comes from a large multi-state company, and they still did not send any notification or post online discussing this matter. I now will not go to PharmaCann dispensaries anywhere, totally lost my confidence and trust. After spending time calling them, they tell me to EXCHANGE the product I will have to wait in line again. This is just plain WRONG, and if anything they could do appointment exchanges or something better. But, hello, people BEWARE of examining all your items at the desk, TAKE YOUR TIME and look at your products and their details. My budtender, Veronica, also had poor knowledge of all the cartridge products and what was Hybrid, Indica or Sativa. I go to exchange for my friend and it was "closed for technical difficulties" after I drove there from Provincetown. So thanks for ruining part of our Christmas. You should not have to wait another 2+ hours if Verilife and Pax Era made the mistake. There was no way this place would have been ready to open in July.

Verilife is pretty awesome but WAY TOO SMALL during peak times. PAX was doing a pretty sweet promo for opening day so if you purchased a PAX era cartridge they gave us an almost free PAX era vape for ONLY $1. They should have advertised this, the wait in line was shorter than all others, 2 hours with preorder for opening day because of the coordination between the police, parking and great shuttle. There were some drug addicts in line which was a little off putting, other locations did not allow intoxication on premises at all. Budtenders and staff at NETA are very well trained, and unlike Verilife, if you order in advance there is a separate pick up line which rarely has a wait when the line goes around the block. I hope Verilife looks to do this in future, since some people just need to pick up and go. Some people need more education, but if you have pre-order capability it does not make sense to not have two lines and make pre-orders behind people taking 20 minutes to decide when there are only two recreational check out lines. Kudos to Wareham for the excellent customer service and security, they do not allow any kind of smoking on the property. Verilife would get a higher rating, up until I got to the budtender and I asked for an Indica dominant hybrid and they suggested Super Silver Haze, a Sativa Hybrid. Many of us in line had more cannabis education than the budtenders. Plus, some of us have traveled and we know what Colorado, California, Oregon and Washington were like from the start. Verilife, for example, sells 5g flower flights with five varieties and this would be great for new recreational users that don't want to choose each one and just want to sample before purchasing larger amounts. NETA has INDICA, SATIVA, and sometimes HYBRID five-pack prerolls selling for $70 for 1gram joints, pretty good deal and highly recommend. Love the packaging and concentrates like rosin and the Crumble was my favorite item.

I’ve been shopping at Verilife for over 3 years now and everything has always been great aside from when I opened my Matter (Verilife’s in-house brand) 1/8 and found bugs in the weed. Small, black bugs inside the nugs, I found at least 4 in one and 3 in another. Never happened to me in all the years of smoking. Called them and the manager Chris said to bring it in and he’d take of it. Cool. Brought it in, Chris brought it to the back room, then returned saying he “found nothing” and “the bud looked perfectly fine, but we’ll do a return anyways because now (he) touched it” insinuating that I was lying and trying to scam them for cash back. Even tried to say all he saw was orange hairs, which is normal for weed, as if I don’t know that after smoking it for so long. He asked if I had picture of it, I showed him and THEN he said “Oh yeah, I did find one of those while going through it.” and shows me a video of him finding a bug! So first he says I’m making up the weed bugs, and now he’s lying about not finding them. Either way Chris the manager said he would give me a refund and an 1/8 for the troubles. They gave me $30 cash and then tried to have me pay $42 for a replacement 1/8. All I was trying to do was show them there may be a quality control issue in a grow-op and they acted like I was trying to scam them. Absolutely wild. If you get Matter weed here CHECK FOR BUGS!!! Zoom in on the pics, you can clearly see their bodies, legs and antennae.
