Author: I'm an Authentic Mexican so take my review with that perspective. SUMMARY: A typical Tex-Mex restaurant with nothing unique to offer other than it's better than average atmosphere and very good staff. You won't find many Mexicans actually eating here but mostly filled with folks that think "this is Mexican food" which is far from the truth. Good tequila options! FOOD REVIEW: Overly salty on just about everything AND it's very basic tex-mex menu that you find at Sam Diego's or any of those chain tex-mex restaurants. Ordered the carne Asada because that's really hard to mess it up and luckily I was right... it was pretty good. Came with some overly cooked rice but the beans and guac saved the plate. Also ordered a tortilla chicken soup which was overly salty and you can tell it came from the same base as their chip salsa... very lame. My dinner party orders Chicken Mole which was ok and the some Borito sample plate which they said was good. DRINKS: Like any of those typical Tex-Mex restaurants they lean on the drink croud and heavy pours and good margarita drinks. Overall they had a good tequila selection. So if you can order your drink to a specific recipe you'd be satisfied ATMOSPHERE: it's pretty Authentic and inviting! So they do well. This is a small footprint in the sleepy town of Wareham so this is probably their best/only option for Mexican food in this part of the town. TO SUMMARIZE... If you want a drink with good staff and some very generic tex-mex food then this is a restaurant that will feel like any of those other chain tex-mex restaurants you know of

In order to check this place out, we ordered a Chile relleno, a taco, a tamale, a chimichanga, and an enchilada. First- the chips were good. They are thick chips and not the super-thin addictive kind. The salsa is likely from a can/jar but tasty. The relleno was wrapped in a batter-like container which was thick and overwhelmed what as actually a very good poblano pepper. The taco was a very solid taco with a crisp shell, flavorful pork, and cold tomatoes and lettuce. The tamale was great; we had beef and it was good. The chimichanga was not awesome. The enchilada was good. Service was good… clean place, decor was Caucasian-Mexican with a few Catrinas and sombreros. Would go again. 4 instead of 5 just because it was not authentic. But close!

Fun location with excellent Mexican food. The restaurant has a nice vibe with high ceilings, festive decorations, and nice music. Pair that with excellent food and service and you have a great place to eat. We enjoyed a Burrito and Pollo en Mole and both were very well prepared. They also offer a wide variety of Margaritas and beers. Street parking is a bit limited, but there is quite a bit of parking at the train station behind the restaurant.

Won't go back! We kept smiling because we'd gone with a lovely group of ladies I never see & didn't want poor service to ruin our time. I asked if we could have a separate check to help us simplify with our larger group. I was told No we don't allow it on Taco Tuesday. I had no idea it was taco Tuesday & didn't plan on getting tacos! I ordered chicken floutas since it was lighter than most of the dishes offered. The menu said it came on a bed of lettuce & tomatoes with sour cream & quacamole. Sounded perfect to me as I was almost leaning towards a salad. We also ordered nachos (we really just wanted simple nachos with shredded melted cheese & veggies, but everything came with meat on top, so we asked for the meet on the side & it was responded with a huge sigh & eye roll! Then when the food arrived, the floutas were on a plate with rice & refried beans. Only a garnish of a few lettuce shreds no quacamole or sour cream or tomatoes in sight. When the waitress returned I asked if my meal was supposed to come with sour cream and quacamole. She said no, the nachos come with sour cream and quacamole. I let her know the menu said the floutas did also. She just rolled her eyes & walked off. We all laughed a little & said everything comes with free eye rolls, but really it was awkward. She did bring back sour cream & quacamole but never did see the lettuce and tomatos. The nachos were just chips & veggies (meat on the side) with poured queso on top with was way to loose & runny making them soggy. Also it was way too salty to go with the already salted chips! Yuck. The waitress continued to treat us poorly like she hated her job. We spent over $50 for two house margaritas & the floutas & nachos. We tipped her 20 percent despite it all, but will never go back. I hope you have better luck...

A Perfect 5-Star Experience! From the moment I stepped foot into this wonderful establishment, I was greeted by an exceptionally warm and friendly staff. Their genuine hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Now let's talk about the food – it was an absolute delight! Each dish was expertly crafted and bursting with flavors that danced on my palate. The culinary expertise of the chefs truly shone through in every bite. I found myself savoring every morsel, eagerly anticipating the next one.

And oh, the margaritas! They were a revelation. Bursting with vibrant flavors and expertly mixed, they added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience. Each sip was like a symphony of tastes that left me craving for more. I cannot emphasize enough how much I enjoyed these delectable margaritas.

This dining experience was so exceptional that I'm already planning my next visit. The combination of the friendly staff, delicious food, and sensational margaritas make this place a true gem. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable culinary adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience that tickles...
