When I try and rank the fields of the Cape Cod League, this one is the toughest to place. On the plus side, the field is a legit size at 330 down the lines and 412 to deep center - a rather large outfield by Cape standards. It's also the only field that has legit outfield bleachers, which is probably why they keep putting the all-star game here. There are some annoying posts that can block your view in the infield bleachers, but if you get there early you should find a spot where they won't bother you rather easily. The two major problems with this field are a) the ugly black dirt they insist on using for their infield that makes it look like they're playing on asphalt, and b) the mosquitos, which come out usually around the 7th inning or so.
But if you bring bug spray and are willing to ignore the hideous infield, it's as fine a place to watch a game as there is in the league, with the exceptions of Harwich and Cotuit.
