Her workouts are always creative, effective, and tailored to help everyone improve, no matter their fitness level. Under her guidance, I’ve seen drastic improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall confidence. I have been working out at Pure Energy Fitness for around 9 months and it has been a great experience. The space has a good layout and is sized to accommodate a variety of activities. The workout circuits are varied and challenging. The people in class are friendly and fun, and no one has been spotted taking selfies 😊.

Christine always encourages us to challenge ourselves, but without sacrificing safety and good form. She is professional, caring, and respectful. It is easy to see why so many of her clients are long-term clients.

I also take core strength classes with Christine’s colleague Ed. He is also terrific.
