If I can put 0 star for this place I would. The most horrible supply I have ever been too. None of the staffs is welcoming and helpful. I bought a towel warmer at this store for not even 6 months and it’s broken down. I tried to reach them for replace because it’s still in warranty period. They refused handling this situation & made me call the machine company on my own. When I emailed the company they said I have to bring it back to my supplier which is here ( this is how it should be). They then call talk to the company and don’t want to deal with me, making time pay the shipping back to the original company. Whereas every other supplier which I asked they would replace- fix the machine for their customer. This supplier has the most terrible customer service ever. ‼️ I don’t recommend coming here nor paying for their membership ‼️They only want your money but don’t offer any help post sale. I have been spending my money for their membership and supporting their business since I own two nail salons; however, they don’t offer any exchange for their products when it’s not the customer fault for purchasing the wrong item. Additionally, they tried forcing the customer to accept 50% of the item refunded to them when I only wanted to exchange, when I has spent over 10k for them every single year. There is no reason to do that to the customer if you want to keep the customer come back. I will also end my business with 168 from now on and will not renew my membership when it’s due. The service was absolutely disgusting. I visited this shop and when I went to the register and got my items rung out, They accused me of not paying and called the police on me. I showed them my phone so they could see that the transaction actually went through and that they took the money off my card but they said it doesn't matter and I would have to double pay in order for me to leave with my things. They told me that if I double pay and the first payment goes through on their end on a different day, I can come back and just get a refund for the double payment. If I could give 0 stars I would.
