Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Madison Heights

I walked in after 5pm had myself ready for the new hot and ready fantastic four in one the white guy that is on front counter walks away from the counter after the person in front of me was done when it was my turn for a few minutes then comes back and tried to help someone else that came in after me she and myself made it clear that I was here first waiting and then he apologized he never even made eye contact with me at the counter but he told me it was gonna be a 12-15 minute wait when it says on the screen that the fantastic one in four is supposed to be hot and ready 4pm-8pm!! so I couldn't wait and just asked what he had ready cause I had to go he said a hot and ready ironically lol, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a little Caesars and I'm not even talking about getting the pizza that I got but being ignored as I am at the counter first has never happened to me until today he didn't even greet me or offer the free crazy bread I won't be back to this location. If I do y'all have to have way...

Terrific! The pizzas, cheese bread, and buffalo chicken wings were terrific! What was more terrific was the courtesy and professionalism exhibited by Brooke V, the super-friendly young lady with a genuinely-friendly and warm smile who helped me and my daughter! I wish there were a way to clone her so that companies could replace all the insufferable and rude employees one bumps into at most retail locations in the guise of sales associates, with clones of Brooke V! In conclusion, I wish Little Caesars stayed in sync with the times and introduced a way for customers who pay using a credit card to tip employees, like most establishments have. Since I seldom carry cash, I felt terrible at being unable to tip during this visit to LC. I exclusively order through the pizza portal now because of one incredibly rude cashier that I refuse to interact with. Normally I order before leaving the house so it's ready before I get there but the last two times I was in the area so I pulled into the parking lot, ordered and still waited 20 minutes for it to be "done". Empty store, pizzas in the warming area. I only ordered 2 hot n readys and it still took 20 minutes to pull them from the warming tray and put it in the pizza portal. And then 5 MORE min for them to actually activate it or whatever to say it was even IN there.

The portals close WAY too fast and I've had it SHUT ON my pizza box and had to rip it out. I've burned my hand trying to reach into the back to grab the crazy bread that was put behind the box.

At least the pizza still tastes good for the price... Unless it's been sitting there for a...
