I have a major issue with this company. When I was at the Warren Area Student Union, I caught WestPA intentionally lowering our speeds not once, but TWICE. Any "company" that can deceive their customers and lie about it is morally reprehensible and doesn't deserve a shred of business.

I got Westpa internet the first part of November and it's much less per month for just a good if not better internet service. I didn't know anything about streaming TV before this and the Technician Mike was fantastic he didn't leave until I understood everything he even offered to come back if I had any issues. You don't get customer service like that...
