I can't say enough wonderful things about Salt of the Earth Salon. The vibe is cozy and comfortable and I know I'm about to be pampered from the minute I step in the door. Racquel has been cutting my hair for at least ten years, and I trust her implicitly. I usually go in with a vague idea of some small change or experiment and she always knows exactly what I'm going for. Racquel's color work is stellar - I always receive tons of complements! She knows I'm that gal who doesn't always keep up with appointments...and designs my color accordingly. It grows out so naturally until I'm ready for a refresh. I have seriously never been unhappy with her work. New scalp treatments and organic products are A-mazing and my hair smells great for days after. I had the BEST experience at Salt of the Earth. Courtney was my stylist, but everyone I worked with or met at the salon was really lovely. I went in for a scalp treatment and a haircut. Courtney really took her time with our appointment, not rushing anything and really paying attention to what I was saying. I told her I trusted her to give me a cut that would make my hair look/feel healthier and she did! My hair was so soft, smooth, and healthy when I walked out. And she took the time to talk to me about products WITHOUT pushing any of their products on me. I’d put no stars if I could. I called on a Friday and spoke about location as well as possibly booking an appt. I was asked what I wanted done, and I also told the SECRETARY that I too had questions. I haven’t been to a hair salon in forever so I’m nervous. My hair is waist long! The SECRETARY told me she didn’t have answers for me, although she made me think she was a stylist.
