First off, they did not call us to tell us our prescription was ready the day it was called in. When we went in to check on it, they said it wasn't filled because they didn't have insurance information. They had our phone number but did not call us to get the information. I guess they were waiting for us to call back? Meanwhile the important prescription is still not filled promptly. When we finally received it, we got home to realize that the bottle was mislabeled, making it impossible to take a dosage without knowing how much to take. When we called to figure it out, they couldn't give us the information we needed over the phone, so we had to drive down again, taking more valuable time without the medicine needed. When we arrived, the pharmacist admitted the medicine was mislabeled. He relabled it and gave it back, but did not explain it to me, and did not seem apologetic at all. When we arrived home again, the amount in the bottle was still mislabeled. If this was a pain medication, it could have been a serious problem, maybe even a fatal one. Every other pharmacy I have been to has had a person who asks if you have any questions about the prescription, and explains the dosage. Not here.
