Typical underwhelming Warren experience.
I was pleasantly surprised they had a functioning website with up to date photos. The message I typed was written exactly on the card. Unfortunately, the special instructions I typed, "deliver between 9 and noon" were completely ignored. They called at 1:48 PM to see if someone would be home. I asked if they could deliver closer to 4 PM since they didn't deliver when I asked them to. They said no, their driver had already been out that way once that morning (then why the heck didn't they deliver when I asked, right?!) and they delivered anyway at 2:30 PM.
My surprise gift to my wife, staying home with our young child, was quite the surprise when it arrived during a precious nap.
The flowers were nice and everything was just as they described, but the "special instructions" were completely ignored.

So I had to ruin the surprise and ask if they were delivered. The shop wasn't open on Sunday, so I had to wait to call on Monday. Turns out my order was lost. The shop did rush out an order for my mom after they realized the error. My mom was happy which is all that matters. However, I was pretty disappointed with how the arrangement was thrown together. I used to coordinate with this shop when I was an apprentice at high country flowers and gifts. So I wanted to support a local spot. I'm a little hesitant to use them again with my experience. Read moreI bought a bouquet for my Mother. The woman on the phone was very nice and attentive taking my order. I told her what my mother would like, and that my budget was $70. Everything was great when I got off the phone, so I thought. When the flowers were delivered, I was very disappointed in the amount of green "fillers" that were used. Although my mother loved it, (she would never say otherwise anyways) I have worked in a florist shop, and know that we were taken advantage of. To top it off, my credit card was charged OVER the amount I had specifically given her for a budget. (I am assuming this was for taxes, but nothing was mentioned to me over the phone) I had used this shop once 4 years ago, and had a wonderful experience.
