I got the Detroit burger and my wife got the steak fajita wrap. Both were VERY good! I definitely recommend checking this place out.
Burger: juicy and good flavor. Not a huge fan of the shredded lettuce, but that's my personal preference. Still a great burger!
Wrap: my wife equated it to the the steak sandwiches at Tubbies. Very good, maybe a touch greasy? Veggies seemed fresh and good.
Fries: a bit lacking in flavor, but still good. We just added a touch of salt and it was all good. LOVE that they're automatically included with the meal.
Cole slaw: my wife wasn't a fan, but I was. She wanted it sweeter, I thought it was perfect. I ate hers for her!
Restaurant: I got carryout, but from what I could see it was clean, trendy, and great. No complaints at all!
Speed: pretty quick for fresh cooked food, no complaints.
Staff: of the three I interacted with, only one seemed super nice and friendly. The others weren't rude, by any means, but mostly ignored me even when I spoke directly to them. Felt like I was interrupting them or something?
Recommendations for restaurant: I wish they'd ask what toppings I wanted. I assumed all burgers came with the usual toppings, but as they were assembling my burger nothing was included. I had to ask them to add stuff, which seemed to throw them off their game. The menu isn't clear that I need to ask for lettuce, tomato, etc. and I guess it's my fault for assuming. Very minor issue, but I might've been more annoyed if I'd called in an order not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered carry out online. My boys really enjoyed their burgers and fries.
I got potato wedges and was disappointed that there was no seasoning on them whatsoever⦠especially after tasting the seasoning on the fries. I thought they would at least be salted.. that being said, I ended up giving them to my son. The total for my potato wedges was $9.74 because I added a side of ranch.
Theyāre a little pricey - for $17.50 a meal, I would expect more fries especially being more expensive than a steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse. (Maybe you get more dining in?)
I didnāt like that they charge $1 for seasoning on fries and apparently on potato wedges too being they werenāt even salted. It was $2.85 for a probably 16oz pop. The service was a little awkward when picking up.
They advertise 10% discounts for big 3 employees yet it doesnāt take it off if you order online, they said to call it in next time⦠which doesnāt make sense to me because theyāre asking you to bring your badge inā¦
So itās basically your waiting time for a 10% discount because the only way to get it is if you order in person.
Over all, the flavor was good⦠but with so many other burger places out there, Iām not sure weāll be back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate: what can I say, I had high hopes for this place but they really let me down. Been coming here for a year now, and each time is worst than the last. They have teens running this place, and the wait to get our food to order has been an hour on average because they fool around and hardly get anything done. Even seen an employee pick up a French fry from someone's plate and eat it before packing up their food. Kept telling myself it would get better but it never did. The young African American kid, wish I knew his name needs to learn how to treat their customers instead of playing on his phone in the kitchen while the girls cook the food. I don't think I'll ever come back after this, it's a same cause the food is good.
Wow this place was worth checking out. Burgers tasted great! Lots of flavor. Potato wedges were scrumptious š, and the prices are fair. 10 bucks gets you a meal, burger, fries, anx a drink. They even top it off with coleslaw and a pickle. Friendly servise and very professional. Clean establishment. I highly...
