Non existent customer service. Employees barely spoke or could comprehend basic English. I asked for regular sugar, they said “No….” . I’m going to assume they meant the sugar is already added during the tea or coffee boiling process and they can’t accommodate my request. I asked whether they offer pre-packaged tea? As I saw they had a bag of coffee on the shelf. They said No. So I asked if they will be offering tea at some point? To which they bluntly replied, “yes, maybe in the future”. Out of sheer curiosity, I asked for a rough guesstimate and with the most serious face they tell me, “Sunday”. Yeah… OK. Ya’ll just talking just to talk at this point. 😑 I purchased a small cup of adeni tea which wasn’t great, I’d say a 3/10. Along with a biscoff cake which they themselves werent sure whether it was biscoff or caramel (they offer both); I’d give that a 2/10. I honestly cannot take these people seriously and don’t see myself returning. I would rather give my business to Qawah on 15/Ryan. Good luck keeping this place open with this level of...
Read moreThis place is amazing! The drinks and food are superb. My husband had the chocolate and pistachio croissant and he said it reminded him of the pastries when he lived in Italy. The ratio of chocolate to croissant was just right. It wasn't sicking sweet either. It was well balanced. It was light but satisfying. We also had the qishr, which was new and delicious to us. I had the adeni tea and it was perfect. The presentation was beautiful. The details of this place are just perfect. The atmosphere and design are accommondating. They have private booths that drown out the sound. This would be a perfect work place or hang out with friends. As the sign says, organic coffee, you can really taste the difference compared to other local coffee shops. The only thing they can do better is carry gluten free options, since they currently don't...
