The Wright Scoop — Local services in Warren

Wright's Farm products on the east side of the bridge? Yes please. The Wright Scoop is a small seasonal location that serves up ice cream by Rhode Island's beloved Wright's Farm. They have a standard set of ice cream flavors with some seasonal rotations. Some are more standard (like good old mint chocolate chip), while others are originals (like compost cream -- think: everything but the kitchen sink, but in a good way). They sell scoops, sundaes, pints, and other treats. Another bonus is that their baked goods - both in and out of their ice creams - are made in-house by Wright's Dairy Farm. A couple of my recent favorites are a classic chocolate chip cookie sandwich with vanilla ice cream or a pint of cow cake. But, the unicorn sundae (which features unicorn ice cream and strawberry whipped cream) sounds pretty freaking magical, too.

Another incredible benefit of the Wright Scoop is their location. They are overlooking the water, directly next to Blount's Clam Shack in Warren. On some nights, you get the benefit of the live music too. It's a short trip off from the bike path and only a few minutes from Warren Town Beach.

Accessibility wise, they are located in a trailer/truck with a walk-up window. There is outdoor seating at benches and picnic tables. There is parking nearby in lots with some designated handicap. Bathrooms aren't available but port-a potties are available for Blount and Wright...

Homemade ice cream with super high quality ingredients. Prices are high but it's worth it for the quality. Ambiance is nice with picnic tables and benches in parking lot with some water views. Check their social media for closings due to inclement weather and for ice cream specials....

Just a short walk from the Clam Shack this is the perfect spot for dessert if you still have room after eating dinner at Blount's. There lots of flavors to choose from and the benches were perfect to sit and enjoy our ice cream on. Can't wait to try...
