Besides them remodeling which is obviously a good thing for that company and area, the experience I had with my children wasn't the best actually not even close. They closed at 9 they said but at 9:38 the open sign was on so we figured cool they probably close at 10. Well the proceeded to tell us that chocolate and vanilla was not able to be bought due to them "cleaning the machines" That's fine I understand them keeping a sanitized work station... After they close. Two children and you think they wanted lemon or banana flavor, no, vanilla. Vanilla soft serve cones is what we intended on buying. Two other customers came after us and I told the one lady hey their chocolate and vanilla machines are being cleaned. She said whelp that's what I wanted and walked right out the door. Maybe I'm just being mean on this review however when u think of ice cream you think of chocolate or vanilla. Maybe they should clean the machines after work hours so they don't lose any potential customers. How every other then that, we sat outside ate out lemon and black cherry malt, and enjoyed 9 mile traffic 🚦. My God where do I start this place reminds me of a creepy scary movie or a song straight out of Rob Zombie's collection there's literally rocking horses A Little Tikes slide that is 20 years old creepy rusted kids picnic tables and a lot of trashy people who don't put shoes on their children or watch them considering this little kid in a diaper with no shoes ran up to me in my car and I'm looking around like where his mom is but she was so busy watching over her other six children playing on the 25 year old rusted Merry-Go-Round looking thing. I was supposed to write this review over a week ago when I had the best lemon and banana soft serve ice cream not to mention the best service ever from our favorite neighborhood ice cream shop! Bee Queen is the greatest and always had the freshest most delicious food and ice cream and the family that owns this wonderful business should be so proud because they all do such a great job especially with their customer service!
