I ordered a custom coffee table with an epoxy Lake Tahoe design in the center a couple of months ago from Chagrin Valley Customer Furniture. Had such an awesome experience with their whole team - I was actually drawn to them due to a piece I saw online they had done for someone else and it blew me away. The entire experience from beginning to end was marvelous. Shel Myerhoff was a joy to work with during the initial requirement gathering process - very friendly and accommodating ; Zach Shulte made me feel like part of the team walking me through all the potential design decisions and giving me his professional opinion when I asked for it; and Ed Johnson coordinating the delivery and providing me with all the information I needed to remove the furniture from the crate and install the base to the bottom of the table.

I finally received the piece today and honestly it's an absolute work of art. It really amazed me how gorgeous it was and the attention to detail. The folks that are part of this business are true masters of their craft. I can't say enough how happy I am to have ordered from them. I'm going to be in the market for a couple of matching end tables soon, guys, so I'm going to keep your number...
