WhirlyBall Cleveland — Attraction in Bedford Heights

Planning a team-building event that everyone would enjoy felt like an impossible feat. But WhirlyBall completely changed the game! From the initial booking process to the final high-fives, the entire experience was fantastic.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and patient, guiding even the WhirlyBall newbies (ahem, some of us!) through the rules with a smile. The competitive spirit definitely kicked in, with friendly banter and playful smack talk adding to the fun. It was amazing to see how quickly teamwork emerged on the court, fostering camaraderie in a way that a stuffy conference room never could.

The food and drinks deserve a shoutout too! The catering options were diverse and delicious, ensuring there was something for everyone to fuel their inner champion. Beyond the deliciousness, the convenience of having everything handled by WhirlyBall freed us up to focus on simply having fun and getting to know each other better. And let's not forget the excellent beer selection! They had a wide variety of craft beers to choose from, which was perfect for celebrating our victories (or commiserating our losses) after each game.

In the end, our WhirlyBall team-building event was a slam dunk! It boosted team morale, encouraged communication, and left everyone with smiles (and maybe a little healthy competition) for days to come. We can't wait to return for another round of fun at WhirlyBall! Dang that was a lot...

Kids had a good time and that’s what it’s all about otherwise a 1 star. Dark, dirty, outdated. The rackets for whirlyball are duct taped, one car kept breaking down, the worn out balls kept getting squished under the car. When this happens the game is stopped and someone has to get out of their car, pickup the car and retrieve it. I had no idea there was bowling here until I googled it for the review, the lighting is bad. After both laser tag and whirlyball some had black smudges of dirt on their face and when we washed our hands the amount of dirt and black that was washed off was alarming. After all, your hands are on either the steering column or the racket at all times - possibly the origin of Covid at this place? GM doesn’t respect a pandemic that’s killed 4.5 million people worldwide and let us know about it.

All of this is frustrating, the potential for this place to be amazing is through the roof (with not much money, when you’re ready to sell, let me know. I would imagine the way things are as they stand your business plan (if you have one) isn’t a plan that sustains growth or much profit.

We recently held our company's team-building event at WhirlyBall Cleveland, and it was a massive success! They clearly cater to corporate events, with everything perfectly set up for an afternoon of friendly competition and fun.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They explained the rules clearly and ensured everyone felt comfortable getting into the game. We had a blast playing WhirlyBall, which is like a combination of lacrosse, bumper cars, and basketball. It's a great way to get laughs, and friendly competition going.

One employee whom I called "Rhino" (Nickname), really stood out. His enthusiasm and energy were contagious, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time. He even helped us organize a mini-tournament within our group, which added another layer of fun.

Overall, our experience at WhirlyBall Cleveland was fantastic. Great beers! The customer service was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly and fun (especially Rhino!), and the games themselves were a blast. It was a different way to bond with our colleagues outside...
